Manufacturing industry is now facing the growing frequent and unpredicted market changes; and the individualization and diversification of the customers demands have resulted in the shortage of service life of products as well as the ongoing acceleration of renewable speed. In order to win over the victory in the fierce market competitions, the enterprises should be able to make the dynamic adjustment of its manufacturing pattern and control tactics so as to support the rapidly response to the global competition, product innovation and the markets. Accordingly, the integration and co-sharing of manufacturing resources and information can be realized only via the virtual enterprise (VE). As a result, improving the agility, flexibility of manufacturing system and market strain ability is an important way to solve these problems.The bus production enterprise is as a background, this thesis has conducted the analysis research to the virtual enterprise's production process and the operational characteristic, studied the virtual enterprise to form a partnership with emphasis the relations and key technique. Based on the analysis of the manufacturing performances of bus enterprise, this thesis analysis's the core flow procedures and realization method for deployment VE systems, and also, the macro-frame or macro-structure patterns for VE is set up. Based on the detail analysis and research, this thesis advances the virtual manufacturing enterprise systems (VMES) of the VE.Based on the characteristic of VE for bus enterprise, the appraisal indexes sets on core competitive power of VE is established, the partner multi-level fuzzy synthesis judgment method is proposed, it has solved the qualitative problem of partner selection.With an aim at the difficult problem of the virtual enterprise partner quota selection, this thesis presents a Branch and Bound method with the constraint finished-time to select cooperation partner in the products delivering period, with the corresponding algorithm design completed. The simulation and the result contrast of other algorithms show that the speed and accuracy of this method are of better performances in solving the problems of seeking for solution.This thesis has constructed a multi-level multi-objective supply chain model and proposed a set of interactive multi-level plan law uses to solve this supply chain model, and a bus manufacturing enterprise supply chain system is used studying example, it has solved under the multi-objective decision making among various goals conflict solution.Focus on the difficulty problem of the existing research to combination scheme risk appraisal and controls, this thesis established a set risk assessment indexes sets according to the bus manufacturing characteristic for this virtual enterprise, and also the risk assessment method is proposed based on fuzzy multi-objective decision making virtual enterprise.This thesis proposed the virtual enterprise cooperation reliable theory model, and discussed the virtual enterprise reliable appraisal method, gives enhances the hypothesized enterprise reliable parallel method. The computation indicated that, this theory is effective and may enhance the entire project greatly the probability of success.The maximization question packing function algorithm is designed for the virtual enterprise reliability. The actual computation indicated that, this theory is effective and it may greatly enhance the reliability of the entire project, and also the algorithm proposed may solve the virtual enterprise reliability maximization question effectively.Above theoretical analysis foundation based, this thesis realized on coordinate analyzes and designs on the virtual enterprise's platform, and the supplied the chain the optimized design also carried on and the virtual enterprise's risk assessment completed, the results has proven the design concept accuracy and the realization method feasibility.
