In economic world turn with the increasingly vigorous pressure of market competition, the small business enterprises gathered together and became the business enterprise gather cluster at some regions for the survival and development. The business enterprise clusters of some localizations overcame the inside limitation of small business enterprises themselves, and at the same time, along with the further developments of business enterprise cluster, the business enterprise clusters present increasingly unprecedented vitality in technique creativity, product creativity, service creativity and marketing process, and they play an important role to rise to the native district economy.In Zhejiang province, the business enterprise clusters have show their competition and adaptability, and a characteristic economic region was formed. The business enterprise cluster has become an important development direction of the small enterprises.Along with the development of information technique and network technology, the manufacturing way has taken place. The emergence of the networked manufacturing makes the advantage of business enterprise cluster highlight more. Under the network environment, the business enterprise cluster is positively meeting the request of networked manufacturing with its flexible organization, operating mode and manage system. As the members of the networked manufacturing system, cluster enterprises can participate expediently the dynamic networked manufacturing system reorganization to meet the need of the dicey market by competition and cooperation, what's more, to promote the conjunction between cluster enterprises.Combined with the condition of Shaoxing Yongtong Group enterprise cluster, this dissertation discussed networked manufacturing in enterprises cluster. The main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 is the overview of the dissertation, including the brief introduction of the project, the definition and importance of enterprise cluster, the application situation of networked manufacturing. The meaning of work, thinking way, construction organization and research content are also discussed.Chapter 2 mainly discussed the enterprise cluster and the networked manufacturing of enterprise cluster. Proceeded to the introduction of the brief background of enterprises cluster, the analysis of the phenomenon, characteristic, the cause of formation, sort and advantage of enterprise cluster, the research of enterprise cluster modeling and the application in Shaoxing Yongtong Group, the analysis of the evolution of enterprise cluster manufacturing mode, and the introduction of enterprisecluster manufacturing mechanism are presented.Chapter 3 mainly discussed the conjunction in enterprise cluster networked manufacturing. Expatiated firstly the different manufacturing modes of enterprise cluster, then made a comparison of these different modes. From the point of view of supply chain, knowledge sharing and coordination mechanism, the conjunction in enterprise cluster networked manufacturing is discussed. Finally, combined with the Shaoxing Yongtong Group enterprise cluster, the coordination controls of production process was discussed.Chapter 4 described the work of the design of an enterprise cluster network manufacturing coordination control system prototype. Firstly discussed the stand of enterprise cluster networked manufacturing system, then analyzed the basic frame of the system, putting forward the system construction, finally gave an example of the system prototype.Chapter 5 makes a summary of the dissertation, and the outlook of future further work.
