The successful breeding of Liangshan semi- fine wool sheep were used in the paper. Five weight traits and eight wool traits which were close relative to the practical production were executed QTL linkage analysis. Five weight traits, namely birth weight(BW),weaning weight(WW), weaning daily gain(WDG), 18-month weight(18W) and 30-month weight(30W); and the following eight wool traits were analyzed: Weaning staple length(WSL),18-month staple length(18SL),30-month staple length (30SL), 18-month abdomen staple length(18ASL), 30-month abdomen staple length(30ASL), 18-Month fleece weight(18FW), 30-month fleece weight(30FW), 30-month fiber diameter(30FD)。Forty seven microsatellite DNA contained in multi-ply PCR system which distributed in four different chromosomes were selected. We used fluorescent label for the primers and detected them on ABI310 sequencer. According to the results, thirty-three were selected for this experiment. The statistic results by Cervus2.0 software demonstrated that the allele of the selected microsatellite markers in the group of Liangshan semi-fine wool sheep was from 3 to 22, the heterozygosity of these markers was from 0.258 to 0.867 and the polymorphism information content was from 0.245 to 0.853; the probability of exclusion for each loci was from 0.137 to 0.728 and combined probability of exclusion was up to 0.999999. All other markers were high or middle polymorphic except only one was low polymorphic, which could substantially guarantee the reliability of the result of the research on the molecule level.Parentage testing was done for the experiment individual according to the selected microsatellite markers. The CPE was up to 99.999999%, and 13 ancestries were established. There were 1003 individuals including 480 parents and 591 progenies. The largest ancestry was family 188(181), the smallest ancestry was family S259 (20).The phenotypes of five weight traits and eight wool traits were analyzed simply by SAS6.12 in the 591 progenies. The consequence revealed the significant correlation between WW and 18W, 30W.there were evidences demonstrating the main factor of family had significant effect on some traits.Four genetic linkage maps of Liangshan semi-fine wool sheep (Chromosome 1, 2, 3, 9) were composed by genetic linkage analysis. The length of these maps were 301.6cM, 316.9cM, 320.5cM, 173.7cM. The length of four map was more longer than...
