Nine microsalellite primers were analyzed for polymorphism in wool Rabbit. Allele frequencies were estimated based on band presence or absence. Average heterozygosity(H) and polymorphism information content(PIC) were calculated by allele frequencies, and then, linkage analysis between character and markers by least squares means and the correlation among the 4 characters of body traits in Rabbit were studied. The result indicate:All the microsatellite were polymorphic and could give consistence. The average marker of alleles detected by a pair of primers was4.14. The average value of PIC was 0.691, and the population heterozygosity of the microsatellite markers was0.609.We found there were linkages among 2 makers and 4characters in Longhair Rabbit through least squares means. Least squares means of 129day yield of wool for D1Mit30 DD was intermediatly higher than those for BD (P<0.05) and significantly higer than those for AA,AB, AD,BB,BC,CC,CD (P<0.01) .Least squares means of 202day yield of wool for DlMit30 AA was intermediatly higher than those for AD,BD (P<0.05) and significantly higher than those for BB (P<0.01) .Least squares menas of 202day weight for DlMit30 AB was intermediatly higher than those for BC,CD,DD (P<0.05) and significantly higher than those for AD (P<0.01) .Least squares means of 202day weight for D1Mit30 BB was significantly lower than those for all the others (P<0.01) .Least squares means of 129day weight for SAT12 BC was intermediatly higher than those for AB,CC (P<0.05) and significantly higher than those for AC,CD (p<0.01) .A significant positive phenotypic correlation were found between the 129-day weight and 129-day yield of wool, 129-day yield of wool and 202-day weight, 129-day yield of weight and 202-day weight, 202-day yield of wool and 202-day weight. Negative phenotypic correlation was found between 129day weight and 202-day yield of wool.
