Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of ​​Qi - Qi And Blood Stasis By Wentong Method Combined With Acupuncture

ObjectiveResearch of warming and clearing acupuncture treatment of clinical curative effect of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrheal.Method60 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrheal were chose from Yongan clinic of Taibei city, from July 2012 to January 2015.60 cases were divided randomly into two groups, named the warming and clearing treatment group (30 cases) and the conventional treatment group (30 cases). After treatment of three menstrual cycles, we observed the score of lgomenorrhea, VAS and single symptom to compare the curative effect of two groups.ResultAfter the treatment of three menstrual cycles, the total effective rate of the warming and clearing treatment group is 96%, which is batter than the conventional treatment group. What’s more, the treatment of warming and clearing can eliminate symptoms much more quickly than the conventional treatment group, especial the symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis.ConclusionBoth the two groups, the warming and clearing treatment group and the conventional treatment group, have obvious clinical curative effect of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrheal. The warming and clearing treatment group, with new instruments, which can not only clear blood stasis, but also can warm blood. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
