ObjectiveThrough clinicaling observation of primary dysmenorrheal patients from the Wangjing Hospital,to provide optimal effectiveness,safety,ease and clinical further motion of the treatment with validation of acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.Methods1.The Study of Scientific LiteratureBy traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and other aspects of detail, to expound the acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation analgesia and part of the mechanism for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.2.The study of clinic60cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided into2groups at random.30cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients were treated with acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation as the treatment group and other cases with western medicine as the control group. The treatment group:The treatment was given on alternate days half a month before menstruation.7times as one course and totally and must give them3course. The control group:Took Fenbid2-3days before menstruation.0.3g each time and3times a day. When the pain disappeared, patient stop the drug, as1course and must give them3course, too. Recorded and compared the data from the two groups.3.ResultsBefore the treatment compared with two groups, there was no significant in the differences of age, age of menarche, disease course, disease severity and so on.Curative effect comparison:The instant effect rate was93.33%in the treatment group and83.33%in the control group. The near future markedly effective rate was83.33%and96.67%total efficiency in the treatment group. Meanwhile the control group markedly effective rate was60.00%.86.67%total efficiency. The long-term markedly effective rate was76.67%and93.33%total efficiency in the treatment group. And the markedly effective rate was40.00%and80.00%total efficiency in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in the instant curative effect, near future curative effect and long-term curative effect. As a result, the effect of acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation was better than the effect of Fenbid drug. Meanwhile compared with the treatment group of before treatment, treatment for3months,3months after the treatment there were statistically significant differences in VAS and symptom score. The curative effect was associated with the age and the disease severity.ConclusionAcupuncture combined with TDP irradiation treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has definite clinical curative effect, with better immediate effect, the recent good curative effect and the forward curative effect, less adverse reactions, clinical patients accepting and so on many advantages, this method is worth popularizing in clinical application.
