Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Liandai Capsule For Gastrointestinal Neoplasms And Study On Its Molecular Mechanisms

Gastrointestinal neoplasms are common serious diseases in our country with high ratio of incidence and death. At present, the synthetic therapy of Western Medicine has a little curative effect on gastrointestinal neoplasms in middle or late stage while Traditional Chinese Medicine is showed has a primary advantage in treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms so that people find a cautions optimism and want to incubrate it. Therefore, this article studied the clinical curative effect of Liandai capsule for gastrointestinal neoplasms and its molecular mechnisms. Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Liandai capsule on different syndromes of gastrointestinal neoplasms and its molecular mechnisms. Methods: In clinical research, 45 patients of gastrointestinal neoplasms in middle or late stage were divided randomly into treatment group (30 cases) which included 10 cases of heat poison, spleen deficency and blood stagnation syndromes respectively and control group (15 cases) which included 5 cases of heat poison, spleen deflcency and blood stagnation syndromes respectively. The patients in treatment group took Liandai capsule (1 .2g, tid) besides common support therapy while those in control group were given common support therapy only. One month made up a therapeutic course.
