It has come on urgent, progress quickly, the characteristics of the high morbidity and mortality.Along with our country entering an aging society, the research significance of the cerebrovascular disease is increasingly significant.The disease belongs to Chinese medicine "stroke","apoplexy" category. As the ancient physicians described:"Like the slings and arrows of, as the storm rapidly." The onset of the disease quickly, the pathological nature as deficient root with overdo superficial. At the beginning of the illness, The pathogenic factors is strong. The evil wind phlegm fire disturbance, Qi and blood stasis on subsequently. With illness development, the loss of vital qi, into the vital qi deficiency failure, is given priority to with the virtual, eventually form qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The molding methed used in this study discuss a new method to form a whole body blood stasis state which by purgation and modified thread-occlusion method(The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine qi deficiency blood stasis type). Through BBB score function, hemorrheology, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and nitric oxide (NO) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), rat hippocampus HE dyeing, endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) to verify the build mode successfully,and to explore cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury of blood vessels. The rats in acupuncture group were given acupuncture needles into "Baihui"and "Neiguan"which use supplementing qi and activating blood circulation by Chinese medicine. To evaluate the treatment effect and compared.Methods:1.The molding methed used purgation and modified thread-occlusion method(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).The success of the test model through the general observation,hemorheology and the number of peripheral blood EPCs.2.To study the influence of electricity for antioxidant capacity in cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats,through rats ethology score, serum REDOX enzyme detection.3.To study the influence of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats in electric effect of nerves and blood vessels,through observationof the rat hippocampal cells in pathology and the hippocampus of VEGF protein detection.4.To study the influence of electric acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats angiogenesis and the influence of repair,through detection of the number of peripheral blood EPCs.Result:1.The Cerebral ischemia reperfusion model (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) in rat was successfully established. The Model group rats appeared qi deficiency blood stasis performance and the detection indicators of change.2.Electric acupuncture treatment can significantly improve nerve function score cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats, improve the hemorheology indexes, increase the serum SOD activity, reduce the MDA, iNOS, LDH content, eventually improve the antioxidant capacity in cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats.3.Electric acupuncture treatment can improve cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats hippocampal cells morphology, improve the hippocampus VEGF protein expression.4.Electric acupuncture treatment can increase the number of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rat peripheral blood EPCs, so as to protect the role of brain tissue, improve endothelial injury.Conclusions:The Cerebral ischemia reperfusion model which is Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in rat was successfully established by purgation and modified thread-occlusion method. Model group rats generally observe a typical qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The hemodynamic changes and the number of EPCs, prompt model rats have damage to the vascular endothelium.Electric acupuncture treatment can increase the serum SOD activity, reduce the MDA, iNOS, LDH content, improve the antioxidant capacity in cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats, protect the cells from the toxic oxygen free radical damage.By improving the cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats hippocampal VEGF protein expression and increase the number of peripheral blood EPCs, play the role of vascular endothelial repair and newborn. |
