Analysis Of Condyloma Acuminatum Related Factors In 218 Infected Patients

Objective: To understand condyloma acuminatum patients' social demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics,sexual behavioral characteristics,degree of sexual health knowledge and sex education sources,treatment situation,the merger of other diseases,economic pressure,social support,mental health,etc.To research risk factors of infection and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.To provide more targeted health education and behavioral intervention for people susceptible to condyloma acuminatum and patients prone to relapse.To provide necessary psychological intervention and support for patients with condyloma acuminatum,improving their quality of life.Methods: From March 2017 to September 2018,condyloma acuminatum patients were recruited from Department of dermatology of Affiliated hospital of Qingdao university and sexual health center of Affiliated hospital of Qingdao university(VCT detection clinic of Shandong province).Through questionnaire survey,social demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics,sexual behavioral characteristics,degree of sexual health knowledge and sex education sources,treatment situation,the merger of other diseases,economic pressure,social support,mental health and other relevant information of this population were obtained,and their mental health conditions were evaluated by HAD scale.SPSS19.0 software was used to establish the database and statistical analysis,and descriptive analysis.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors related to condyloma acuminatum infection and recurrence.Results: A total of 218 valid questionnaires were collected.The average age of the respondents was 28.64±7.82 years old(17 ~ 61 years old),among which 1.83%(4 people)were ?18 years old,35.78%(78 people)were 19 ~ 24 years old,25.23%(55 people)were 25 ~ 29 years old,27.98%(61 people)were 30 ~ 39 years old,6.88%(15 people)were 40 ~ 49 years old,and 2.29%(5 people)were ?50 years old.Men accounted for 32.11%(70 people)and women 67.89%(148 people).Data show that the number of sexual partners,incorrect use of condoms,lack of HPV core knowledge,psychological pressure,anxiety,depression and other factors were related to the infection of condyloma acuminatum infection;At the same time,202 cases with condyloma acuminatum were follow-up,and the results show: the recurrence of the population accounted for 72.28%(146 people),non-recurrence of the population accounted for 27.72%(56 people).After analyze the data,we can conclude: understanding of HPV related knowledge,insomnia,smoking,the number of sexual partners in the last 6 months,anxiety,the above 5 factors have greater impact on the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.Among them,insomnia,smoking,the number of sexual partners in the last 6 months,anxiety are risk factors,and understanding of HPV related knowledge is protective factor.Conclusion: There are a variety of factors associated with the infection and recurrence of condyloma.The key to prevent the infection and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum is to strengthen the health education,behavioral intervention and psychological intervention of patients and sexual partners.
