The Correlation Between Condyloma Acuminatum Recurrence And HPV Genetic Type

Objective: To explore the distribution of the human papilloma virus(HPV) genotypes among condyloma acuminatum(CA) patients of Shihezi city and further analysis correlation with clinical relapse.Methods: Collecting the vulva and anus tissue of diagnosed CA patients who are from the first affiliated Hospital of the Shihezi university school of medicine, the sample contained 94 males and 73 females. According to the result of sequencing to analysis HPV genotypes, extracting specimen tissue DNA, amplifying and sequencing DNA.Results:(1) We detected 141 HPV with CA among 167 patients, belong them, single infection are 102 cases and multiple infection are 39 cases.(2)The onset age mainly concentrate on the 21 to 40, and the infection of 85 men and 56 women.(3) there are no statistical significance between patients age and gender.Conclusion:(1) HPV positive infections are given priority to with single infection in Shihezi(2) HPV positive infection accompanying low-risk type is given priority to with 6/11 type; high risk type is given priority to with 45/16/18 type(3) there are no relevance between HPV positive infection rate with age, and gender.
