Clinical Observation And Its Mechanism On Treating Unstable Angina By Huanglianjiedu Capsule

This thesis is consist of theory study and clinical study. Theory studyBased on reviewing the ancient documents and modern research progress of Toxic-heat, combining to the clinical experience,the author explored the implication, source of Toxic-heat and put forward the theory that "Toxic-heat injure Luo and stagnated blood obdurate it"is the key pathogeny of unstable angina pectoris (UA) .Clinical studyObjective: To observe the clinical effect and influence of correlative index of Huanglianjiedu Capsule on UA and explore the mechanism of effect of the method clearing heat and toxic material on treating UA. Provide new ways and means for treating UA with Chinese medicine. Methods: 66 patients of UA with Toxic-heat and blood-stasis syndromes were divided into treatment group (32cases) and control group (34cases) by using the random and compare way. Conventional western medical therapy was given to both groups .At the same time ,the treatment group were dosed Huanglianjiedu Capsule .The influences of clinical effect and laboratory indexes on UA , including hs — CRP, NO, ET1, TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1a,sICAM-l,sVCAM-1 and so on, were observed before and after treatment in both groups.
