| Flos Datura innoxia M. is the dry flower of Datura innoxia Mill. Which belongs to the family of Solanaceae. Datura innoxia Mill, is widely spreaded in many Chinese provinces such as Liaoning, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang etc.. Flos Datura innoxia M. is also used as herbal traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and maybe the substitute of Flos Datura metel L.which is recorded in the 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 . In order to illustrate the chemical constituents of Flos Datura innoxia M. and compare the difference with that of Flos Datura metel L., we studied the non-alkoloid constituents which could treating psoriasis and HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Flos Datura innoxia M..The non-alkoloid constituents were extracted by 70% alcohol and seperated by ion exchange resin, macropore adsorbing resin, silicagel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, polyamide chromatography, and HPLC preparation chromatography etc.. As a result, 36 compounds had been isolated and the structures of 29 were determined by 1D, 2D-NMR such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR,1 H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY etc., combined with MS, UV, IR and chemical methods. The compouds are 9 withanolides, 6 flavonoids, 3 ionol terpenes, 3 Iignans, 8 fragnant glucopyranosides and esters etc.. 19 compouds were obtained from the the family of Solanaceae for the first time, and four of them are new, they are (22R) -5α,6α,7β, 27-tetrahydroxy-1-oxo-witha-2, 24-dienolide -27-O-β -D-glucopyranoside (Daturameteloside D) (1), ( 22R) -5α 6β, 27-trihydroxy-1- oxo-witha -2, 24 - dienolide - 27 - O -β -D -glucopyranoside (Daturameteloside G) (2), (22R)-5α , 12β , 27-trihydroxy-6 α , 7 α -epoxy-1-oxo-witha-2, 24-dienolide- 27-O- β -D-glucopyranoside(Daturame-teloside C) (3) and Guaiacol -O -β - D-diglucopyranoside (22); the known compouds are (22R) -5 α , 6β, 21, 27 - tetrahydroxy-1-oxo-witha-2, 24-dienolide (Withafastuosin E) (5), ( 22R ) -5 α, 6β, 12 β,, 21,...
