Study On Clinical Characteristics, Defense Mechanism, Cerebrospinal Fluid And Plasma Monoamine Neurotransmitters Of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder Diagnosed Primarily

Object:1. To explore clinical characteristics, defense mechanism and personality traits of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) diagnosed primarily, to compare the defense mechanism and personality traits of different clinical types of OCD .2. â‘  To compare cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma levels of serotonin (5-HT), 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), homovanillic acid (HVA), norepinephrine(NE)and 3-methoxy-4- hydroxyphenylglycol(MHPG) between patients with OCD diagnosed primarily, and the normal controls. To explore the role of monoamine neurotransmitters in the pathogenesis of OCD.â‘¡ To compare CSF and plasma levels of monoamine neurotransmitters among different clinical types of OCD. To explore the relationships between different obsessive-compulsive symptoms and monoamine neurotransmitters.3. To compare the changes of CSF and plasma monoamine neurotransmitters levels in patients with OCD before and after treatment. To investigate the effects of clomipramine on monoamine neurotransmitters in patients with OCD, and its roles in pathogenesis on OCD.4. To investigate the influencing factors of OCD therapeutic effect according to the changers with monoamine neurotransmitters in patients with OCD before and after treatment.Methods:1.
