To explore the relationships between different obsessive-compulsive symptoms and monoamine neurotransmitters.3. To compare the changes of CSF and plasma monoamine neurotransmitters levels in patients with OCD before and after treatment. To investigate the effects of clomipramine on monoamine neurotransmitters in patients with OCD, and its roles in pathogenesis on OCD.4. To investigate the influencing factors of OCD therapeutic effect according to the changers with monoamine neurotransmitters in patients with OCD before and after treatment.Methods:1.
