On Non-Monetary Payment Pattern Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care In Western Regions

The establishment of the new rural cooperative medical care is an important component of China's reform of the medical care system, and is directly relating to the health and interests of China's hundreds of millions of farmers. The farmers'payment is the most difficult in the payment system, especially for the farmers who live in the China's western regions. In dealing with the difficulty, domestic and foreign scholars have put forward a number of new proposals in improving and developing the payment system.
