A Review Of Han Yu 's Ancient Poems

The works of HanYu is stressly revised and interpretted and commented in all ages. However,compared with other aspects,the trend of punctuating and annotating HanYu’s works is ignored in long terms.In order to make up for the vacancy,this paper will focus on the annotations marked by the ancients,according to collecting and anylazing the raw materials.The paper is divided three sections:the Song and Yuan Dynasty section, the Ming Dynasty section, the Qing Dynasty section. And each section includes several charpters.The Song and Yuan Dynasty section included two chapters:the annotation about Han Yu’s works in Song Danasty and the annotation about Han Yu’s works in Yuan Danasty.At this time,the annotation was in initial phrase,and the annotations about Han Yu’s works didn’t be indepent as well.So the author will discuss the annotations about Han Yu’s works connecting with antient prose anthology, suca as "Gu Wen Guan Jian"、"Chong Gu Wen Jue"、"Wen Zhang Gui Fan"and so on. However,the "Chang Li Wen Shi"authored by Cheng Duanli in Yuan Dynasty is an exception,which was the first monography annotating Han Yu’s works.The Ming Dynasty section included three chapters:the edtion about Han Yu’s works in Ming Dynasty,the annotation about Han Yu’s woks in Jia Jing and Wan Li periods,the annotation about Han Yu’s woks in Tian Qi and Chong Zhen periods, the identification about some prose anthology in doubt in Ming Dynasty. In long terms, people often study the editions of Han Yu’s works in Song and Yuan Dynasty.So this section will make a summarise about the edions of Han Yu works in Ming Dynasty firstly.The annotation in Ming Dynasty underdone a shift,from foucusing on the aiticle approach to evaluating personal moral quality.This section divided into "Jia Jing and Wan Li periods"and "Tian Qi and Chong Zhen periods",in order to reflect this shift and form a devolopment course of the annotation about Han Yu’s works in Ming Dynasty.In Ming Dynasty,the anthonogy titled by a famous person’s name was very common. Fnally,this section will distinguish several anthonogies by probing the commentary source.The Qing Dynasty section included "the annotations about Han Yu’s works in monography style"," the annotations about Han Yu’s works in collection style"," the annotations about Han Yu’s works by TongCheng Party ".The Qing Dynasty is a comprehensive period in long history of classical literature and criticism. And the annotations about Han Yu’s works in Qing Dynasty was also a mresult of comprehensive.The annotations about Han Yu’s works in Qing Dynasty mainlly were in two forms,the anthology and the collction. Such as "Chang Li Wen Qi"by Wu Luo,"Han Wen Qi" by Lin Yunming,"Han Zi Wen Cui"by Li Guangdi,"Han Bi Zhuo Li" by Lu Xuan and so no belonged to the anthology form. The collection including Han Yu’s works in Qing Dynasty were in great mass. And this paper only list the mose representative collection named "eight masters ou Tang and Song Dynasty", which were twenty or so in number in Qing Dynasty and were an important part of Qing Dynasty’s annotations about Han Yu’s works. Addtionally, the well-known "Tongcheng Party "in Qing Dynasty was an important part in annotating Han Yu’s works.Tongcheng Party regarded annotation as an important way of investing and teaching,and admired Han Yu’s works very much.Therefore,there were several anthologies of annotating Han Yu’s works by members of Tongcheng Party,such as "Han Wen Lun Shu"authored by Shen Yin,"Han Zi Wen Chao"authored by Lin Minglun,"Han Wen Gu"authored by Gao Shuran,"Han Wen Yi De"authored by Shan Weizong and so on.
