Study On Mining Culture Of Gejiu Tin Mine

Mining culture is the art, knowledge and idea, which is produced in the human’s mining practice and originates from mining practice and is counterproductive in mining practice, and its corresponding mining development organizations, institutions, behaviors and the resultant mining material wealth and spiritual wealth. The effect of mining culture on the mining city’s socio-economic development and ecological protection is the dynamic and associated relationship of positive interaction, interdependence, mutual coordination and mutual promotion between systems. However, in current, it is not depth to understanding mining culture, it does not grasp the extent of the relationship between mining culture with socio-economic development and transformation and innovation of the mining culture. Therefore, it is necessary to depart from a particular specific mining culture, study the theory system of mining cultural, study the relationship between mining culture with socio-economic and cultural transformation and innovation. Gejiu is known as the world’s Tin-Capital, which has the history of tin mining of more than2000years. It is China Metallurgical Living Museum. In the history of tin mining of more than2000years, tin economy connects closely with all aspects of people’s life, and a tin mining culture is gradually formed, which centers on the tin mining, smelting culture in Gejiu. The object of study is the Gejiu tin mining culture. Through the study of definition and formation of mining culture, the features in various stages, tin mining culture system, and the relationship between tin mining culture and socio-economic development, and the transformation and innovation of tin mining culture, on one hand, the theory system of mining culture can be enriched and developed, on the other hand, Gejiu tin mining culture can be inherited and developed and the mining city can be developed, which has the important practical significance for Gejiu economic and social transformation.Research work revolves mainly around the formation and features in various stages, the system of Gejiu tin mining culture and the relationship between tin mining culture and the socio-economic development, which specifically include the following aspects:(1) The paper studies factors of forming tin mining culture and characteristics in various stages. The unique geological conditions, the geological process, mining poems and the fusion of culture are main factors of the formation of Gejiu tin mining culture. The development of Gejiu tin mining has experienced three stages, which are ancient mining culture, early modern mining culture and modern mining culture. Each stage of mining culture development has different characteristics:ancient mining culture is bright and possesses certain advancement; early modern mining culture is a culture of fight and is the rise of corporation mining culture as well as being the culture of prosperity of hall culture; modern mining culture builds a culture of innovation, self-reliance and emphasis on harmonious development of culture.(2) The paper studies the system of Gejiu tin mining culture. Classified finishing method is applied to classify five aspects of material culture, which are Gejiu tin mining bronze civilization, tin handicraft, mining cultural landscape, mining cultural buildings and tin mining development technology. Tin mining system culture including Gejiu tin mining right system, the production relations of tin mining and trading system of tin mining is classified. The issue of questionnaire, the use of spss17.0and the method of factor analysis are employed to excavate the characteristics of tin mining spiritual culture including patriotic national characteristic, strong responsibility, hardworking and practical characteristic, persistent tenacity, humanistic pragmatism, innovation, enlightened compatible characteristic and harmony and win-win characteristic, which are carried out the analytic demonstration. The study of the tin mining culture system embodies that Gejiu tin mining culture is broad and profound, far-reaching.(3) The paper studies the coupling relationship between Gejiu tin mining culture and the regional social-economic development by applying the coupling coordination degree mathematical model. Through the analysis of the relationship between tin mining culture, regional social-economic development and ecological environmental protection, it is clarified that there exists coupling relationship between tin mining culture and regional social-economic development. And, through the analysis evaluation of longitudinal data of Gejiu tin mining culture and socio-economic development from2001to2011, it is obtained that the coupling coordination degree between the Gejiu mining cultural and socio-economic development is from uncoordinated stage to barely coordinated stage or primary coordinated stage and the mining culture is from the result, in which mining culture is prior to the regional social-economic development and environmental development to the result, in which mining culture lags behind the social, economic and environmental development.(4) Based on the literature review, the paper constructs the driving force of cultural transformation. The existence of negative factors in mining culture hinders the sustainable development of mining industry and mining city. The paper analyzes negative factors in Gejiu tin mining culture and proposes the directions of transition of tin mining culture from black mining culture to green mining culture, traditional mining culture to modern mining culture and public mining culture to profitable mining culture. The paper also studies the connotation of tin mining culture innovation and the relationship between tin mining culture innovation and the economic transition of mining city, the cultural industry development and constructs the driving model, in which tin mining culture innovation leads to the economic transition of mining city and cultural industry development.(5) The paper studies the countermeasures and suggestions to develop the Gejiu tin mining culture. The paper proposes six aspects of countermeasures, which are strengthening the strategic planning of cultural development and leading to the tin mining cultural development; paying attention to the inheritance of mining culture and consolidating the deposit of tin mining cultural development; reinforcing the fusion of cultural communication and improving the transition of mining economy; attaching importance to the construction of cultural carrier and developing the industry of mining culture; intensifying the system construction and ensuring the tin mining cultural development; intensifying mining enterprise culture construction and practicing tin mining cultural development.The paper has certain innovations in research content and research method. First, the topic is innovative. Mining culture is the soul of mining development and economic transition of mining city. The research subject is Gejiu tin mining culture, which has the guiding significance in theory and practice. Second, factor analysis and coupling coordination model are applied to the research of Gejiu tin mining culture and one of highlights in the paper is the combination of qualitative study and quantitative study. Finally, the paper constructs the culture innovation, leads to the economic transition of mining city and the development of culture industry, and proposes creatively the idea of green mining culture.
