In 21st century the world is becoming a unification market, along with the world economic integration and regional economic groupings in the continually deepened, "borders" in the face of this trend has become of no practical significance. A "global village" is the strange scenes shown to us. The trend puts forward new tasks and challenges to the cross-cultural enterprises. Cross-cultural operation and management also attracting increasing attention and concern. Can overcome the cultural conflict from cultural differences and implementing effective cross-cultural management, is the key for cross-cultural enterprises to success.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars on cross-cultural management research results, this paper analyzes the cross-cultural business situation and the existing problems, introduce the cultural differences and cultural conflict in operating a cross-cultural business. Analysis the causes of cultural differences and cultural conflict, then the method to deal with the problem are provided. Finally, this paper taking Yunnan Dali Ouya Dairy Co.Ltd. as the target, visit the Enterprise Use the method of face-to-face interviewing. Against those problems that the Enterprise encountered in the implementation of cross-cultural management process, suggests corresponding countermeasures.
