Industrial Clusters Technology Innovation Diffusion System Operational Mechanism

In the time of knowledge economy, the source of the industrial clusters competitive advantage is not only from the innovation capabilities, but also lie in the widespread diffusion of technology innovation. In the field of the technology innovation research, technology innovation diffusion is an important sub-topic, but also a process of combination of technical and economic. Throughout the research results domestic and abroad, there are a lot of theories of the cluster innovation, but the theory of the cluster innovation diffusion is rare and most of them did not form a complete, systematic theoretical research framework. In fact, the diffusion of technology innovation in cluster is a complex process, and with a characteristic of systemic. So the research of operating mechanism of the industrial cluster technology innovation diffusion system (ICTIDS), not only has a strong feasibility in theory, but is an important guarantee for the technology innovation results to achieve the value in cluster in practice.This paper based on the interrelated research results domestic and abroad, for the complex nonlinear characteristics and diversity requirements of the discipline of technology innovation diffusion, using the idea of from theory to model, then to simulation analysis, trying to build a complete research framework of the industrial cluster technology innovation diffusion system, to explore and summarize the mechanism of technology innovation diffuse in cluster comprehensively. First, analyze the specificity of technology innovation diffusion in cluster, on this basis, to define the meaning of the industrial cluster technology innovation diffusion system. Secondly, discuss operating mechanism of the industrial cluster technology innovation diffusion system from two dimensions that external affect factors and internal work pattern, in particular, this paper think the internal work pattern consist of entrepreneurship, collective learning, and social capital these three areas, constitute a mutual reinforcing dynamic system separately from dynamic mechanism, channel mechanism, and safeguard mechanism. Finally, this paper also believes that the industrial cluster technology innovation diffusion system is a typical complex system, which brought new challenge to the traditional research methods. Therefore, this paper used the theory of system dynamics to build model and conducted simulate research, and achieved a quantitative description for the factors that affect the system operation from a new perspective. Through the simulation experiment, on the one hand, verify the correctness of the theory, on the other hand, draw on the strategies and recommendations which can promote the industrial cluster technology innovation diffusion system to operate effectively.
