In the face of thecharacteristics such as globalization, networking, knowledgization, compatibility and criticalityof 21st century, especially in the era which the scope of relationism are taking place of the view of composition theory, entity theory and mechanical theory, we should advocate that only in the interaction with environment, background and various relationships can individuals and each organization survive, be defined,be depicted and be recognized. Therefore, I believe that organizations in 21st century should exist as organization with wisdom rather than learning organizations based on expanding their own capabilities only. my dissertation put forward the new macro, dynamic organization concept of "big organization" connecting with the flow information and carried out research on the management of "big organization".In the macro dynamic scope, Organization require both cooperative and jointdevelopment, making use of resources mutually and embodiment of personality and survival value. Aiming at the more and more organizations and individuals connected by network, as well as all kinds of complex relations among them, big organization management is about how to realize the win-win situation of individualsand organizations, and turn organization into organization with wisdom which take organization as its study subject. The Big Organization theory will give answer to two questions:what is wisdom of organization? How to make the organization become an organization with wisdom? This paper put forward the connotation of organizational, constructed the five- elements content enable organization gain wisdom (perspective, idea, mode, platform, management style), and discussed the perspective, idea, operationmode, big organization ecological system platform as well as management style of humanistic ecology, cultural entropy reduction and collaborative innovation in detail. This dissertation studies have the important theory significance, practical significance and practice significance.The research presented in this dissertation is of great theoretical, realistic and practical importance.The wisdom of big organization refers to the wisdom to achieve all for one, one for all through means such as motivation, humanity inspiration andself organizing. The connotation of big organization wisdom is introduced in detail combined with case studies including the big organization wisdom four dimensional model(The essence of the organization is the ability, the mission of the organization is to serve the public interest, the management style of the organization is the artistic creation of the environment and the thinking mode is developingin the interaction with external environment), the big organization five ability model, the big organization mission structure model,art environmental star model, organization and the external environment interaction model, etc. It is interactive atmosphere formed in cultural and social environment that enable big organization fulfill positive interaction with individual and achieve harmony.To turn the organization into the organization with wisdom, the five-elements content of big organization has been analyzed in this paper, including the big organization perspective, the big organization idea, the big organization operation mode, the big organization platform and the big organization management style.The big organization perspective concerning the behavior of organization consists of the overall perspective,dynamic perspective and the new resources perspective. The perspective from which the organization can be understood includes that the purposes of organization are innovation and harmony, the activities should be focus on information flow, the self-running structure should be encouraged and the boundary of organization should be blurred and the corresponding management model has been built which include the innovation-harmony balancing model, the organization activities centered on information flow management model, the self-running structure model. The operation mode of the big organization can be divided into borderless study operation mode and clustering operation mode, the big organization internal agent borderless learning mode and the big organization clustering three-step mode are constructed. The big organization carries out independent and tacit cooperative innovation by promoting the self organizing and effective interaction with environment.In the big organization, we can pursue both efficiency and equity through the platform. In this paper, the big organization ecological platform system as well as its local optimum strategy have been introduced including income strategy game theory mode, agent behavior equilibrium solution(local agent cooperative game and multi agent non-cooperative game) and stability analysis of optimal solution. The coordination mechanisms of the big organizationecological platform system are also discussed including the level of effort and income of the big organizationecological platform system, the distribution and compensation mechanisms of the big organizationecological platform system based on effort level.At the end of this paper, three management styles are introduced:the management style of humanistic ecological perspective, the management style of cultural entropy deduction and the collaborative innovation management style. As far as the collaborative innovation management style concern, humanistic ecological incentive model, multi-level demand incentive model and agent difference incentive model were built; as for the management style of cultural entropy deduction, the cultural entropy calculation model and cultural entropy model were built and the collaborative innovation network model, the collaborative innovation cooperation game model, the collaborative innovation process model and the collaborative innovationdynamics model were constructed for the collaborative innovation management style.
