With the rapid development of knowledge in economy society, knowledge has been becoming the strategic core resources for economic growth, social development and growth of enterprises, more and more organizations build the core competence through knowledge management. Whether it is a knowledge intensive industry or a capital intensive industry, creating, sharing and application of knowledge are all the key of sustainable growth of the organization, is the source of sustainable competitive advantage of the organization. Knowledge, knowledge worker, knowledge capital are in the increasingly prominent position, ability of sharing, application and cultivation of knowledge resources become the competitive advantage of organization and nations.This paper aims to study model and the related application method of knowledge transfer based on the supernetwork. First of all, mainly focusing on knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge transfer and others related concepts, knowledge transfer development status, combining research of complex network and knowledge transfer, basic concept and the research situation of supernetwork, and applications of supernetwork in knowledge management and other aspects of the research review are run through and analyzed. Secondly, knowledge transfer characteristics of the supernetwork model were analyzed; analysis methods of knowledge structure of individual and group, knowledge disseminative capacity, knowledge absorptive capacity, transfer channel, transfer situation are discussed respectively. Then from two aspects of study and exchange mechanism respectively, we discuss the operating mechanism of knowledge transfer in supernetwork mode. Then the thesis study deeply respectively from the three aspects of the main body. First is construction of supernetwork model of knowledge transfer within the organization compound with social network and knowledge element network, of and to analyze its dynamic behavior based on the model; second is that a search method is proposed to realize locating transfer of knowledge transfer based on supernetwork model within organization; third is synchronous problem of dynamic system of knowledge transfer in the supernetwork model are analyzed and simulation and analysis of the dynamic process of knowledge transfer on knowledge synchronization based on the super network model are preformed.Through study of theory and model simulation, the conclusions are as follows:(1)In the supernetwork model, with respect to a centralized and formal learning, informal learning space can increase the average strength of association of individuals better, and the average contact intensity of individual increases in a short period of time can make the number of individuals who can absorb knowledge increases rapidly, and the number of individuals who can promoting knowledge innovation through knowledge absorption will achieve a higher level. Increasing of the average number of node links has better harmonic function on accelerating knowledge transfer effectively at later stage of knowledge transfer process. The initial number of nodes corresponding to individuals with high knowledge stock represents knowledge significantly holder of the organization. The organization should establish a more effective incentive mechanism, and create a good atmosphere of organization. In such a situation, the psychological needs of self realization can promote knowledge owners of high knowledge stock more active, positive for the release and transfer of knowledge.(2)A searching and locating method based on supernetwork model of organizational knowledge of is proposed which can promote knowledge transfer. From the examples verification, the knowledge holder, knowledge element and the knowledge medium need to be search can be found by the method, and results can be sorted and optimized. At the same time, the method also has the advantages of graphical display, quantification, and it has a very good advantage for knowledge transfer of active learning forms, and it can be applied to the knowledge transfer of organization in practice better.(3)In supernetwork model, enhance the strength of knowledge exchange between individuals can improve knowledge transfer effectively. The close degree between the individual contacts will also have certain positive influence when the strength is increased to a certain range.But the synchronization in knowledge transfer process is difficult to achieve complete synchronization, and can only be infinitely close to the fully synchronous peak, this is due to the practical difficulties of knowledge learning and absorption in real circumstance.(4)The organization needs to control individual connection and communication in a reasonable level, rather than allowing the unlimited development, otherwise the effect of knowledge transfer will be affected positively. Another measure is to continue to expand social network of organizations and individuals, which can reduce the influence of internal communication, and can continue to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer.Compared with the similar studies in the world, research and innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)The nature and characteristics of knowledge transfer based on the supernetwork are analyzed, the supernetwork of knowledge transfer is defined as which is composed of social network, knowledge element network and knowledge medium network with two or three of them. A construction method of super network model of knowledge transfer, and the dynamic process of knowledge transfer within organization based on supernetwork model are proposed. And with the simulation, found to promote informal exchange of knowledge and to create a good atmosphere for employees to realize self value, the psychological satisfaction is the most urgent need to improve organizational knowledge transfer.(2)A method to realize the locating and transfer knowledge of knowledge transfer based on the supernetwork model is proposed. Based on the supernetwork model of knowledge transfer, some relevant knowledge holders and knowledge mediums can be retrieved at the same time. The result indicates a subnet supernetwork for the organization, according to the final point of knowledge stock distribution subnet in order to search results, and to make the search knowledge the point related to the highest degree of people or the carrier of the knowledge in the front row, so as to realize the knowledge fast and accurate positioning, and provides the convenience for the practice of organizational knowledge transfer. From the verification examples can be seen, this method can also be to retrieval and knowledge related to people and the carrier of knowledge, and can sort, filter the results; at the same time, the method also has intuitive, easy to operate, easy to quantify such characteristics, and therefore can be better applied to management practice in knowledge transfer within the organization.(3)Based on the concept of network synchronization, the synchronization problem of dynamic system of knowledge transfer based on supernetwork is analyzed. Dynamic process of the supernetwork model of knowledge transfer is simulated. Some meaningful results are found:in the supernetwork model, in order to improve the effectiveness of knowledge synchronization and knowledge transfer, so as to enhance the efficiency of knowledge transfer, the need to strengthen the following measures: enhancing strength of knowledge exchange of the knowledge holders, and control strength in a certain range; control contact density and communication between staff, in order to avoid side effects to the knowledge transfer; when the strength of the knowledge exchange of knowledge holders between relatively strong; increasing the number of knowledge connection and scope of related network.
