In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization,it is considered inevitable, urgent choice for rural development, and very active factors, which is one of the biggest demands of the farmers arriving into town from the rural, as the basic premise and the foundation research of urbanization. However, the urbanization willingness of rural farmers have been changed, even the stratification. We need to consider factors willingness of farmers, think out the difference of farmers’ willingness stratified and correspond policy orientation relative to the opposite sex.Insufficient supply of rural endogenous financial service is one of the important influence factor of changing and layered urbanization willingness. The farmer is not only the main of Urbanization, but also is the microscopic body of endogenous rural financial services.Whose financial needs of rural financial institutions supplying financial services point is one-level rural financial endogenous growth must be considered. This paper takes the urban and rural system theory angle of view to study the rural endogenous financial service system. The rural endogenous financial system has complex adaptive that produce complexity. The relatively simple main body evolves adaptive. The interaction of adaptive main body、the environment and other subjects, which create new levels of differentiation for diversity and aggregate into a new or larger body. The rural financial system is composed by relatively simple three body, including the regulatory body, the supply and demand of the main body. The paper mainly discusses the supply and demand of the subject, both showing a metaphor characteristics of complex adaptive systems. The supply system of rural financial services rendered as complex adaptive of metaphor features. The "edge of chaos" includes stability or instability, co-operative or non-co-operative, and administrative intervention or relaxation intervention; the "rain-forest" include financial capital flowing rural non-farm areas or urban, losing financial talents, and reducing financial services institution; but the credit cooperative organizations has demonstrated its vitality. The modern credit co-produced born in Germany extending more than100countries around the world. AS one of China has experienced since birth credit cooperative, flexible adaptability repeatedly, repeatedly administrative intervention, and eventually forming the coexistence of a variety of financial organizations. It presents "the terrain in search of the best adaptation adaptation point" metaphor features. The demand system of rural endogenous financial services for farmers presents the diverse characteristics and the financial services needs of diversified choices. But the overall rural financial services evaluation of farmers is not high, especially for the service attitude, sense of service and low level evaluation of business. Meanwhile, farmers are not fully rational behavior rendered and suit the characteristics of the non-rational choice, reflecting the human rationality and irrationality of the system complexity metaphor features. Rational and irrational farmers that consider the wisdom, strategy and irrational, but rationality is limited to the fact and irrational have blind obedience. The rural endogenous financial system is generated. It not only changes like structure, state and behavior, but also changes in its composition, having a life "live" system, which is always dynamics change component in supply and demand, and will transfer to the urban and rural systems. The rural financial system package from inside and outside the rural finance that is a sub-system of rural industries and public services in the middle of urban-rural system, and its interaction with economic growth.
