Research On The The Regional Layout And Comparative Advantage Of Sheep Production In China

China occupies an important position in goat and sheep production in the world. With the effect of the sheep living habits and the world topographical features, there have a relative concentration of sheep farming area. China is the main sheep and goat breeding country, according to FAO statistics, the world’s sheep amount of livestock on hand quantity is11.73billion in2013, among them, China’s sheep amount of livestock on hand quantity ranking first in the world, is1.50billion, accounting for the world amount of12.78%, the same year, the world’s goat herds amount for10.06billion, the quantity of amount of livestock on hand, accounting for13.92%of the world quantity. At the same time, China’s wool production ranks first in the world, is400400tons, accounting for19.37%of the world production of wool, cashmere in the world with annual output is24000tons. China’s cashmere production ranks first in the world, accounting for about70%of the world total output. So China occupy an important position in goat and sheep production in the world production, China’s Cashmere Goat and sheep production layout will affect not only the domestic wool, cashmere supply, but also on the domestic wool and cashmere price changes, China and the world textile industry development of a far-reaching impact. Therefore, our study of sheep production comparative advantage and regional distribution will promote the development of sheep production of our country and the world.This research is based on the theory of comparative advantage, location theory, spatial economics and regional planning theory, using theoretical and empirical, qualitative and quantitative, comparison and planning analysis method, in-depth exploration with sheep production comparative advantage and regional layout, based on the proposed the optimization direction, help to improve the cashmere goat and sheep production capacity, promote the development of sheep industry. The research content mainly has following five aspects:cost benefit analysis with the general situation of sheep production and the different areas of China with fluff; analysis of comparative advantage of sheep production in China; the analysis with the layout of sheep production area of history changing our country tomentose; our country inquiry of sheep production layout factors; optimization of Chinese cashmere goat and sheep production layout and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The basic conclusions of this study include:(1) Due to the obvious among different regions in the aspects of resource endowment, economic development level and technical condition exists, the provinces area in our country are large differences in various provinces, and all varieties of the comparative advantage of sheep production is dynamic. Generally speaking, China’s Cashmere Goat and sheep production has a comparative advantage provinces in the northwest, North China, Northeast China, since80time metaphase, east area of comparative advantage in sheep production weakened by comparative advantage, improve the sheep production in northeast region.(2) Since twentieth Century80time metaphase, China has75undergone considerable changes in villous area layout sheep producing and different kinds of cashmere goat and sheep production layout, gradually from the natural layout to economic layout change.
