Research On Coupled Mechanisms Of Supply And Demand Between Manufacturing Outsourcing And Logistics Service

Linkage development between Manufacturing and logistics industry is premise and foundation associated with logistics outsourcing and service ability, the important progress in two industries linkage studies has been made in the past few years, however, for association studies about manufacturing outsourcing and logistics industry service ability research is extremely limited. On the other hand, as the two industry linkage is an important research topic, the research is not very mature between service ability and outsourcing, with great theory empirical development space. Therefore, the paper not only has important theoretical direction, but also shows practical value for research.At first, according to the analyzed opinion of academia about two industry linkage problems, further clarify the the necessity of the combination study of between the manufacturing logistic outsourcing and logistics service capability, the logistic outsourcing of manufacturing and logistics service capability were analysed and studied seperately, draw lessons from the past research on logistic outsourcing and service respectively analysis results, the qualitative analysis and build the overall framework of the correlation study between the model of manufacturing industry and logistics industry linkage analysis, it is concluded that the key, namely: the manufacturing logistic outsourcing and logistics service ability on the economic principle is coupling relationship between supply and demand. Then, according to the outsourcing and service in the realization of the market mechanism, cooperation model is put forward between the outsourcing and ability. Finally, using two industry linkage and the related research method, has carried out the empirical test. The study found that:(1) manufacturing logistic outsourcing is conducive to reduce operating costs, increase output and improve the service level. Therefore, based on the resource finiteness of reality, manufacturing should as far as possible to the implementation of logistics outsourcing non-core business:(2) based on the research of the logistics industry service properties, this paper argues that logistics service capability as the actual embodiment in logistics service quality, affect the logistics industry development and the service level of ascension:(3) Coupled systems of logistics supply and demand is the two industry linkage composite system of logistics service supplyand manufacturing outsourcing demand and two industry linkage environment subsystem connected to each other, they influence each other, cooperation link with each other together the various elements and to drive the system synergy evolution and development of large system:(4) in this paper, the cooperation coordination problem about the manufacturing logistic outsourcing services and logistics service ability provides a hypothetical reasoning, studies have shown that relationship between them.Compared with the existing domestic and foreign related research, the innovation of this article is embodied in the following:(1) based on the analysis and study of manufacturing outsourcing and logistics services, clearify coupling relationship between them, the relationship between measurement index system is put forward. In the study of logistics outsourcing concept and connotation and characteristics, to make a new definition of logistics outsourcing, this article analyzes the motivation, manufacturing logistics outsourcing and logistics outsourcing are proved the necessity of existence. Through the study of logistics outsourcing relationship, illustrates the significance and role of manufacturing logistics outsourcing : the ability to the basic interpretation of the concept make logistics service capability in this paper the research content and boundary. Based on the research of the logistics industry service attributes, highlight the characteristics of the logistics service capability and basic design of the logistics service package, on this basis, the further construction of the logistics service portfolio, highlight the basic characteristics of the logistics service system: Based on previous research logistics service ability, clear the definition of logistics service capability, logistics service capability for cognitive, recognition study, illustrates the effect of logistics service capability to manufacturing.(2)through the construction coupling relationship, the logistics outsourcing relationship with the service capacity is divided into four types, and from the perspective of economics of costs and profits, the coupling mechanism of its implementation. According to the market implementation mechanisms, two industry logistics outsourcing is studied and the number of service ability cooperation coordination problems, through analyzing the status quo of the logistics outsourcing and service capability, cooperative research, the paper discusses the cooperation between the two types, and based on the presence of capacity constraints and two kinds of cooperation mode, weak strong strategic and strategic outsourcing and service capacity coordination type into four classes.(3) by using the input-output method clarify the coupling mechanism of logistics outsourcing and services in the empirical analysis, obtained the cointegration relationship between logistics outsourcing and services to strengthen in the conclusion. This chapter in manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development as the main vein, through the study of two industry linkage development, raises the necessity of logistics outsourcing and logistics service capability, collaborative manufacturing, using vector autoregression model between the empirical research, and through the Granger causality test and Eviews5.0 to analyze the interaction between logistics outsourcing and service. Then, using the input-output method, according to the input and output data to construct related research indicators, through the manufacturing industries of logistics industry in the middle of the demand rate and the middle input rate, explains the relationship between outsourcing manufacturing industry and logistics industry. And constructing of logistics service capability and manufacturing outsourcing index system, using the coupling system and the grey correlation model, analysis its outsourcing development of collaborative relationship with manufacturing industries in shannxi province, through empirical research and analysis in different levels, in the end, this chapter for the coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics service capability of logistics outsourcing to provide the reference suggestion.
