Research On The Linkage Development Relationship Of Logistics And Manufacturing Industry In Northern Coastal Economic Zone

With the development of the regional economy, the policies of country for logistics industry and manufacturing industry of regional are more and more clearly.Linkage development of the two industries can be useful of optimizing the industrial structure manufacturing, promoting the development of modern logistics services and promoting cooperative innovation between two industries.However, the mechanism of coordinated development of the two industries is complex. The actual running effect of the development of two industry linkage in the region remains to be analyzed. Therefore, this paper chooses "Research on the Linkage Development of Logistics and Manufacturing Industry in Northern Coastal Economic Zone " as the research subject, the purpose of this study is to analyses the situation and problems of the northern coastal economic zone linkage of two industry through a combination of methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, improvement measures and the related countermeasures are proposed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, from the perspective of social division of labor theory, transaction cost theory, cooperative game theory, collaborative perspective, symbiotic perspective, system dynamics perspective, an analysis from six angles of development of logistics and the manufacturing;Second, according to the basic theory of the linkage of two industry development, combining with the development status of the northern coastal economic zone, establishing the evaluation index system of manufacturing based on basis, scale, efficiency, development and the external economic environment, and evaluation index system of logistics based on scale, efficiency, development.Third, evaluating each efficiency of the regional logistics and manufacturing by using DEA-Malmquist total factor productivity index, found that the total factor productivity of two industries were promoted, the main causes of changes were technical change.Fourth, followed by the use of correlation analysis and regression analysis method, grey correlation model, entropy method, GM (1, N) model, a step-by-step analyzed association, correlation factor, overall development level, mechanism of the northern coastal economic linkage of regional logistics and manufacturing. Based on correlation analysis and regression analysis method, correlation between the logistics and manufacturing in the region was significant; based on grey correlation model, the regional logistics and the manufacturing was the significant correlation, the main factors affecting the development of logistics industry were turnover of freight traffic, labor productivity and freight volume, the main factors affecting the development of manufacturing industry were the number of enterprises, total profit, manufacturing value added accounted for the proportion of GDP;estimating the two industry development level by the method of entropy weight, the level of development of the two industry was not very consistent. The two industry mechanism were analyzed based on GM (1, N) model, the manufacturing industry of the region cannot develop without the support of the logistics industry, manufacturing plays a significant role in development of in the logistics industry, while logistics has the ability of sustainable development, and the ability of manufacturing of promoting logistics was not obvious.Last, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the linkage development of two industry of northern coastal economic zone from a total of four aspects:government policy, industry associations, logistics enterprises, manufacturing enterprises.
