Report Of Manufacturing And Logistics Industry Linkage Development Of Shaanxi

Since2009, the State department in China promulgated the "logistics industryrestructuring and revitalization plan" putting "manufacturing and logistics industry jointdevelopment project" included in the nine key projects, all regions have introduced variouspolicies and measures to ensure the smooth development of the two-industry linkage. In2012,the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission proposed that ShaanxiProvince will increase the investment of project funds, in order to promote the development ofmodern logistics industry in Shaanxi Province.In this context, this paper investigates the situation of manufacturing, logistics industryand two-industry linkage in Shaanxi Province. These can be the basis and reference offormulated two industry linkage development planning for relevant departments of theShaanxi provincial government. Also can be the practical significance on the content anddirection of development of manufacturing and logistics companies in the future linkage. Inthis paper, by conducting seminars, corporate site survey and questionnaire method, combinedwith the SPSS statistical software and chi-square test method, reliability test method,statistical and analysis the situation of manufacturing and logistics industry linkage in ShaanxiProvince. Through the investigation, we learned the difficulties in development process andlinkage work, and give the corresponding suggestions. Finally, according to the findings ofthe survey, I give my own development proposals to linkage development of the twoindustries in Shaanxi Province.Through this survey, we can have a preliminary understanding and grasp of basic statusof the two industry linkage in Shaanxi Province. In the linkage process, here are somedifficulties and problems to be solved. The two industry linkage development requires morethan manufacturing and logistics efforts and actively contribution of both sides, also need theconcerns of the community, indispensable the government’s guidance and support. From theperspective of enterprises, they should change the thinking, positive linkage, to improve theirlevel of hardware and software. Government departments should continue to encouraging enterprises carrying out two-industry linkage, strengthen the public information platformconstruction etc. Shaanxi is a big manufacturing Province, in the linkage, what places needenterprises and government departments to refine and improve and how to successfully carryout the two-industry linkage are the problems we’re going to explore.
