The Research Of The Noncooperative Behaviors Between Enterprises In Recessing Industrial Clusters

Industrial clusters have become a worldwide economic phenomenon in the global economy and they also played an irreplaceable role in the development of the regional economy. However, it was proved that the drawbacks were also existed in the industrial clusters, and the cases of the declined industrial clusters made us known that there were also some inter factors in the recessing industrial clusters and the external factors made the industrial clusters for the recession. We realized that the enterprises’ behaviors played an irreplaceable role in the development of the industrial clusters.The cooperative behaviors in the industrial clusters could promote the exchange and cooperation between enterprises, but the non-cooperative behaviors based on the self-serving motives made more competition in the industrial clusters. The irrational price competition, free-riding phenomenon, opportunism behavior, malicious monopoly markets resources, public resources possess excessively, less R & D investment were all the common non-cooperative behaviors.Based on the literature, the paper attempts to find out the internal causation and characteristics for the non-cooperative behaviors, the paper also analyzed the non-cooperative behaviors from the three aspects:the embeddedness, spillovers and innovations, common resources. In the paper, it also tries to build dynamic game models to analyze the different paths of the evolution and locked-in effects and find out the equilibrium in the different cases as well.The paper has finished the five contents as follow:(1) Sort out and analyze the mainstream economic literature. Based on the conception of the industrial clusters, analyzed and summarized the recession industrial cluster domestic and foreign, study the general recessional mechanism in industrial clusters.(2) Build up the framework about the noncooperative behaviors between enterprises in recessing industrial clusters. It tried to find out the characters and reasons about the noncooperative behaviors, we could find that the embeddedness, spillovers and innovations, common resources were the fundamentality of the industrial clusters recession.(3) Built the model which between the embeddedness and the excessive competition in industrial clusters.The paper analyzed the behaviors of excessive competition caused by the strong embeddedness in the industrial clusters based on the theory of the industrial organization. Based on the meaning of the embeddedness in industrial clusters, the paper analyzed and summarized the different actions in the forming and developing in industrial clusters with different embeddedness, it also established the model of Stackelberg to analysis of the over competition caused by the stronger embeddedness. According to the model, the stronger embeddedness of the enterprises, the more seriously competition in the industrial cluster.(4) Built the model which between the spillover effect and the innovation behavior in industrial clusters.The paper analyzed the strong spillover effects and the less innovation in the industrial clusters based on the game theory. In the paper, it analyzed the effects of the spillovers and its advantages and disadvantages based on the meaning, it built up the dynamic game model and discuss the equilibrium in the choice of the innovative behaviors based on the over spillovers. According to the model, the stronger spillover effect of the enterprises, the more seriously inert innovation in the industrial cluster.(5) Built the model which between the common resources and the opportunistic behavior in industrial clusters.The paper analyzed the external effects caused by the excessive use of the common resources in the industrial clusters based on the meaning of the common resources. In the paper, it analysis of the problems and the results result from the over use the common resources based on the meaning of the resources, and it established a model to analyze the qustions. According to the model, the stronger common resources of the enterprises, and the more seriously opportunistic behaviors in the industrial cluster.
