The Research On The Group Development Of Hunan County Economy

The county is residential and living areas of most people in China, the county economy is the most basic unit of regional economy in our country, it related to the life of our people. The county if the aggregation area of vulnerable groups, the development of county economy is related to social stability and the elimination of contradictions. Study on county economy has deeply realistic significance for promote the development of county economy, and also the same way for build well-off society in all of our country. County population of the central area are numerous, but the economic development is relatively backward. As the central area, Hunan county economic development is representatively, research on the group development of county economy,explore the suitable model of county economy development of the central region, to realize county economic development of the central region, can ultimately realize the goal of coordinate regional economic development.To do well in county economy development has important practical significance and long-term planning. In addition, in the new historical background, starting from the actual situation of Hunan Province, explore the new county economic development model for the group, regional economics, perfecting our country characteristic, innovation and development model of county economy in our country, and has important theoretical significance for further studies on the issue of agriculture.This paper on the basis of previous studies, by means of development economics, industrial economics, agricultural economics theories, quantitative economics and modern econometric analysis methods, as to analysis the mode selection and optimal path of county economy development of Hunan province.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign development of county economy theory and practice mode, rise of strategic development of county economy in Hunan Province, to grasp the direction from the middle, put forward from the theory of county economy of Hunan Province, the group development mode. Briefly introduces the theory of regional economic development, industrial transfer theory and related economic growth theory, the theory defines the county economy and the group development, laying the theoretical foundation for further study on the paper.Analysis of the basic situation of Hunan county and the distribution of the county economy, combing the strategy of county economy development of Hunan and the main mode, find out the main problems existing in the current Hunan in the development of county economy. The focus of analysis, to the Hunan county economic development difference first, using SPSS statistical analysis system, using principal component analysis of gradient partition on each county, the county of Hunan province is divided into four major areas. Secondly, the main factors in order to understand the influence of the development of county economy in Hunan Province, the paper on the main index data from 2003 to 2012, each county were analyzed, through the main variables panel data to establish differences affect the county economic development model, in the estimated model parameters based on finding out the main factors that affect the development of county economy, and then comparative analysis. From the spatial structure, the influence factors and the driving force of party to carry on the analysis of county economy cluster development formation mechanism. On this basis, analysis of the restricted factors to hinder the development of county economy in Hunan Province group mainly has:the system factor, the county city and countryside structure, resources and environment factors, market factors, industry factors. Study of county economy of main developed countries abroad group development practice, summarizes the domestic and the county economic development group typical experience better, that gourp of Hunan county economic development enlightenment; from the interaction of Hunan regional economic development and county economic point of view, the spatial layout of industrial layout and economic group of county regiment type development; through the group of County Economic Cooperation Game coordination dilemma type development analysis, establishing coordination mechanism of county economic cooperation; finally the main conclusions of this study are summarized, and put forward the ocuntermeasures and suggestions to promote the county economy of Hunan group of type development.The innovation:First, innovation subject object and content:the concentrated expression of county economic development of the central region of China, regional division and localization, the history of economic development and resources restriction conditions, how to find a suitable for the county economic development of the central region and road. From the current research, few studies have systematically answer this question. In this study, taking Hunan Province as an example, carries on the comprehensive explanation and answer to this question, the current domestic research in this area is less.Second:the innovation of theory and method:the fundamental objective of this research is to find a suitable development of the county economy of Hunan road in theory, and puts forward the optimization path to achieve this road from the policy level. The paper draws some valuable conclusions in theory, and from the overall answer the problem of choice of the economic development of Hunan County road. This paper uses the method of principal component analysis, the economy of Hunan county region is divided into four gradient, analyzes the factors of economic development in different counties of Hunan by Panel Data model.Third:innovation policies and achievements:according to theoretical and empirical research, this paper puts forward a series of policy measures have value, and obtained some’ important results, is of great practical value. This paper in accordance with the regional spatial proximity and economic ties, Hunan province can be divided into Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan, around Dongting Lake, Xiangxi and southern Hunan four economic sectors. The county economy of Hunan Province, the overall layout of the development space for the group type:Changzhutan city group for the development of the core, in Beijing, Chang Lou Shao Yong, Chang Yi Chang Zhang, Zhang Jihuai, Tan Lou Shaohuai five transportation corridors for the development axis, in three major cities around the Dongting Lake Economic Zone, greater Xiangxi and West Hunan South Group as the focal point of development and construction of large and medium-sized cities and coordinated development of small towns strategy pattern, realize the comprehensive development of the province’s economy.
