Logistics resource refers to the capital, technology, knowledge, information, personnel, equipment, customer, organization and culture that logistics service and operation process rely on. They are the important elements for enterprise logistics activities. Therefore, all sectors of society actively carry out logistics resource construction, resulting in rapid increase of causes the total number of the logistics resources. However, the phenomenon that the logistics resources are left unused and wasted has appeared at present and has influenced the development of the logistics industry. Thus, only by increasing investment in logistics resource cannot effectively promote the sustainable growth of the logistics industry in the long run. How to fully tap the potential of existing logistics resources is one of the key issues, which can improve logistics resource utilization. Logistics resource integration is a process within a certain amount of time and space, and it aims at improving the efficiency of logistics resource, maximizing the value of logistics resource, and reducing the environmental damage, through using various technologies to organize, coordinate, optimize and integrate the scattered logistics resource. This process should be based on the dynamics demand of the market, maintain the overall state of the original resources and not change main properties of the resource. It can be seen that logistics resource integration is an important way to realize efficient operation of logistics resources.Especially, facing the intensified supply chain competition and emerging rapidly developed IT technology, enterprises need to cooperate with the others extensively for realizing logistics resource integration, maximizing the value of the logistics resource and improving the logistics service level. This development trend also urges enterprises to exchange logistics information communication, and IoT technologies enable communication between enterprises. Object identifier, which is the basic support technology of IoT, is mainly used to express information, helps logistics information to be collected and interacted automatically, and supports enterprises which have the information demand in the process of logistics resource integration. However, the problem that the object identifiers are incompatible and not unified hinders the information communication among enterprises and negatively affects the process of the logistics resources integration. It is worth noting that this issue has caused wide attention. Using the unified object identifiers to promote the logistics resource integration has become one of the important means to solve the problem. Therefore, studying the logistics resource integration based on the unity of object identifiers comprehensively and systematically has important theoretical and practical significance.Combining with the related literatures, using logistics management theory, system engineering theory and multi-objective optimization theory, this dissertation discusses a management problem-the logistics resource integration based on the unity of object identifiers. Firstly, the logistics resource integration and the object identifiers were discussed. In the course of the study, the dissertation summarized the characteristics, objectives, basic structure and the measurement of the logistics resource integration, and analyzed the connotation, conceptual model, operation process and existing problems of the object identifiers. The results showed that the logistics resource integration linked with the object identifiers, while the interaction between them was not clear. Therefore, the analysis framework of logistics resource integration based on object identifiers was built according to the existing research results. In the framework, we can know that expanding the application scope or raising unified level of the object identifiers could promote logistics resource integration. Particularly, after analyzing the present situation of the object identifiers in enterprises, we found that object identifiers had been widely used by enterprises and the unified level of them still needed to be improved. Enterprises had realized the importance of making the object identifiers unified and actively carried out related operations to improve the unity of object identifiers.If the enterprises want to promote the logistics resource integration by improving the unity of object identifiers, they should understand the object identifiers unified method and the influence mechanism of the unity of object identifiers on logistics resource integration. After analyzing that the logistics resource integration has the demand of unifying the object identifiers in terms of information and structure, the object identifiers unified method was proposed. The design process mainly considered the internet real environment, the key basic information of enterprises and goods, and the goods location information which were enterprises’ need. The method also could provide a theoretical reference for realizing the object identifiers unified and offer technical support to the influence mechanism analysis. The process of gradually achieving the unity of object identifiers will influence logistics resource integration at the same time. In order to study the influence, the analysis framework of logistics resource integration based on object identifiers was combined, system dynamics theory was used, and the relation model that the unity of object identifiers impact logistics resource integration was established. The simulation results proved that logistics resource integration level could increase with improving the object identifier-unified degree. Specifically, the cooperation between enterprises, the logistics benefits and the logistics resource utilization can be improved by increasing object identifier-unified degree.When enterprises decide the object identifiers unified strategy and the logistics resource integration solution, they should consider the effect of unity of object identifiers because they can promote the logistics resource integration. To help the enterprises select the logistics resource integration solution properly, a optimization model of logistics resource integration based on the unity of object identifiers was formed which chose the total logistics cost, total service time and logistics resources utilization as the objective functions, and the object identifier-unified degree v was considered as the influence parameter, after clearing the object identifiers unified strategy of the enterprises. When v was equal to zero, the model was transformed into the optimization model of logistics resource integration under the condition that enterprises cooperated not to implement the object identifiers unified. When v was greater than zero, the model presented the optimization model of logistics resource integration under the condition that enterprises cooperated to implement the object identifiers unified. This dissertation also analyzed the deformations of the model under the different logistics resource integration structures and designed algorithm for model solving. These will guide enterprises to find the reasonable logistics resource integration optimization schemes.Through investigating WDQ company, it can be found that the logistics resource integration business of WDQ company is still needed to be improved. By applying the optimization model of logistics resource integration based on the unity of object identifiers, this dissertation provide the logistics resource integration optimization schemes to WDQ company. This process also verified the effectiveness of the research. At the same time, through numerical calculation, the dissertation pointed out that improving the object identifier-unified degree could enhance the optimized effect of the logistics resource integration. The WDQ company need attach great importance to the application of object identifiers and use the unity of object identifiers to improve their information communication level and logistics resource integration ability.
