As the number of third party logistics companies in our country grows,the competition in the industry becomes more and more intense.In order to scale up,improve logistics efficiency and increase market competitiveness,third-party logistics enterprises are implementing the strategy of resource integration.Related literature at home and abroad research shows that the third-party enterprise resources integration has positive influence on business results,to promote synergy between the enterprise resources.But the third party logistics enterprises in the process of resource integration is not plain sailing,due to the consolidation effect does not exist timeliness,may cause some adverse factors in the process of resource integration,have a negative impact to the enterprise development,and performance evaluation of these potential adverse factors through general cannot emerge.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the performance evaluation system of third party logistics enterprises under the background of building and applying resources.This article,the implementation of resource integration strategy of third party logistics enterprises to carry out a case study,the selection of sample is one of the largest private third-party logistics enterprises at present domestic Beijing Changjiu logistics co.,LTD.,for a long time.In this paper,the logistics integration for a long time in the process of business strategy and financial status description analysis,found that long logistics resources integration during a series of problems,and points out that the import resource integration under the background of the necessity of performance evaluation system.In management level using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to the construction of the system,this regulation design principle,through the financial analysis and strategic analysis to determine financial indicators and non-financial indicators.The paper builds up the index system of the step type,analyzes the relation and importance of each index,and calculates the overall weight of each index by using entropy method.Prior to the application of the system,the index data was not quantified,and the industry standard values and data sources were identified.Finally,the evaluation results were evaluated and the evaluation results were analyzed and compared.In this paper,the paper discusses the long-term logistics future and puts forward the shortcomings of the performance rating system under the background of resource integration.
