Study Of Theoretical Analysis And Practical Paradigm Of Modern Agricultural Business Alliance

Since the new century, with the acceleration of development of industrialization, informatization and urbanization, rural economy and society has undergone profound changes. Therefore, it becomes particularly urgent to supplement the short board of agricultural modernization. The 18th CPC National Congress first proposed the construction of the new agricultural management system with the integration of intensification, specialization, organization, and socialization. That is to improve the value chain, extend the industry chain, create the supply chain and build the whole industry chain, so as to improve the interests of the linkage mechanism.Ultimately this will allow farmers to gain more benefits from the industrial chain.And its core is the innovation of agricultural production and management organization system. Especially in recent years, agricultural development has encountered the following difficulties.It mainly includes that the cost of agricultural products continued to rise, the international price of the ceiling has been under pressure, the resource environment has been on the red light and agricultural subsidies to meet the WTO’s yellow light.Therefore, it is important to solve the problem of increasing farmers’ income, enhancing the competitiveness of the agricultural market, and making the agricultural ecological conservation and improving the ability of sustainable development of agriculture.At the same time, along with the development of informatization, the Internet has been profoundly affecting the mode of thinking, production and consumption patterns of agricultural development. Therefore, agricultural management organization must change to adapt to these trend. At present, some new features about agricultural management means is showing.First, the land transfer, shares, hosting and other forms of moderate scale operation is rapidly developing. Second, the professional large households, family farms, farmers’ professional cooperation, agricultural leading enterprises, agricultural social service organizations and so on has increasingly become the main force in the development of modern agriculture.This makes the agricultural social service system constantly improve and strengthen, and the traditional small-scale peasant production is facing severe challenges.Therefore, it is urgent to innovate the form of agricultural production and operation organization. In practice, some new types of subjects have been spontaneously from the cooperation of production and operation to the cooperation of factors, and from loose cooperation to close cooperation. Finally, they realize the maximization of benefits through the mutual game.This paper analyzes evolution mechanism of modern agricultural business alliance based on four theoretical perspectives, which included the theory of transaction expenses, economies of scale, specialization and benefit game. Based on the economies of scale theory, this paper elaborates the results that the modern agricultural business alliance will decrease segment expenses, optimize production factors’distribution, increase segment benefits and realize highest benefits of dimensional economy throughout the scale of production, processing and marketing. Based on transaction expenses theory,the paper founds that the contract between the various subjects of modern agricultural business alliance will restrict their behavior, and a large number of market transactions will be transferred within the industry chain.This not only reduces the transaction costs, but also improves the overall economic efficiency and competitiveness. Based on specialization theory, the thesis founds that the modern agricultural business alliance through the industrial chain of vertical extension and horizontal expansion, to continue to deepen agricultural division of labor and specialization degree, so as to reduce the management of internal friction and enlarge synergism. Ultimately it improves the production efficiency. Based on benefit game theory, the thesis found that the modern agricultural business alliance has established the sharing mechanism of risks and benefits. Through bidirectional transition between the risks and benefits, these subjects can benefit,thus joint has become the conscious action.In practice of modern agricultural production and management,the modern agricultural business alliance should have a certain paradigm, that is, the two criteria should be consistent with the internal polymerization and external collaboration.The internal polymerization is mainly reflected in the three links of the factor flow, the industry link and the benefit. Among them, the factor flow mechanism is an important support to realize the close connection, and the industry link is an important way to increase the efficiency and income, and the benefit connection is the internal power of the sustainable and healthy development. The external collaboration mainly reflected in the three conditions of the adequacy, suitability and effectiveness. Among them, adequacy refers to is the rationality of the main business integrity, production and business activities of the system and internal rules and regulations, suitability must establish a set of perfect risk prevention mechanism, in order to adapt to the adverse effects of changes in the external environment couplet fit, and effectiveness is combination of comprehensive benefits of improved, economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit organic unity.To verify evolution mechanism and practical paradigm of modern agricultural business cooperative alliance, this paper takes case study on the alliance which takes Shuangfu Group as the core. Then, the empirical research is carried out from two aspects of theory and practice. The results showed that after establishment of cooperative community by Shuangfu Group, the group increased the quality of enterprise products, reduced the cost of agricultural production, and the overall effectiveness of the establishment has also been significantly improved.And then the group realized the agricultural efficiency, farmers’income and enterprises to increase profits.This paper analyzes development effects and problems of grain business cooperative alliance in Anhui province based on investigation.The study conclude that the grain business cooperative alliance in Anhui province is in the early stages of construction, and exit some problems such as the unbalance,un-specification, and leading enterprises with the power is not strong and other issues. Therefore, this needs to promote the innovating and specific development of the grain business alliance, and increase policy support to it.To sum up the above research, this paper draws two main conclusions. First, the modern agricultural business alliance is the innovation of agricultural organization form, which is compatible with the level of development of agricultural productive forces at the present stage. It is in conformity with the law of the development of agricultural business and has profound theoretical connotation. Second, the paradigm of the modern agricultural business alliance has operability and popularization value, and it can provide the policy decision reference for the government. This paper still presented research prospects in expanding application area of modern grain industrialization alliance, seeking development model of modern ecological agriculture industrialization alliance, promoting co-development of internet plus alliance and seeking new combination trend of main bodies of agricultural management etc.The main innovations in this paper manifests in the following three aspects.1. Theoretical Innovation. This paper presents the brand-new concept of the modern agricultural business alliance and defines its connotation and extension. This thesis consider the modern agricultural business alliance as an agriculture organization union which goal is to promote agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income and corporate increased profits, take market orientation as same industry brand, leading enterprises as the core, professional large family farms as the foundation, professional cooperatives as a link, achieve tight connection with factors, industry and the interests, and take the production, creation and services as integration.Its basic characteristics are the integration of organization, the compaction of connection, the common interests and the specialization of the division of labor.On the extension, the business cooperative alliance is different from the industrial association. Modern agricultural business alliance is integration within agriculture with primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and agricultural association is a relative organization that an industry combines with another industry among agriculture, both of them have the essential difference.2. Practical paradigm innovation. This paper put forward and verified the practical paradigm of modern agricultural business alliance.The results show that the internal standard is mainly embodied in three aspects:the factor flow, the industry link and the benefit share, and the external cooperation standard is mainly embodied in three aspects: adequacy, suitability and effectiveness.And the evaluation system is designed in this paper with the target layer, criterion layer and index layer, and the effectiveness is the organic unity of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit.3. Application model innovation. This paper presents Anhui Provincial Grain alliance as organizational carriers,then it explore and establish development models of modern ecological agricultural business involving ecological circulationof product by famous brand operation and marketing, ecological circulation of enterprises by cooperative communities and ecological compound circulation by integrated environmental protection, propose development of specific brand grain and promotion of "Internet Plus Modern Grain". It put forward the basic conditions and selection criteria for the creation of the alliance for the first time. These innovations provide reference for other regions and the development of modern agriculture.
