A Study On The Development Of Forestry Industry In Yunnan Province

Both based on the correlative industrial theory and based on the systematic generalization of achievements and developmental characteristics of Yunnan forestry industry,this paper uses the SWOT method comprehensively analyze the advantage and disadvantage to the development of forestry industry,opportunities and challenges aspects effect the development of Yunnan forestry industry. Through above analysis,this paper summarizes some superiority and opportunities of about the development of Yunnan forestry industry,including that superior climate and high-level basis of resource;industries of coffee and rubber monopoly advantage of coffee and rubber industry;the sharp growth momentum about the development of flower industry and monopoly advantage of fresh cut flower industry;the rapid growth of mushroom industry;the significant promoting role of industry association;the rapid rising of forest tourism. The paper also concludes some disadvantages and threat about the development of Yunnan forestry industry,including that decentralization and low intensive level of production about forest resources;serious lagging breeding of forest-seeding;inadequate comprehensive development of plant resources;unreasonable stand structure and poor comprehensive benefit;single tree species of plantation and severe situation of pest control;the weak infrastructure construction of two main systems about forestry ecology and forestry industry;the prominent problem about reform of forest property right system. On the base of above analysis,this paper deeply summarizes the deficiency and the corresponding problems of the development of Yunnan forestry industry.Base on the analysis about structural change of three industries and their each sub-industry during the year 2003 to 2008,this paper also uses the grey correlation theory systematically and dynamically analyze the association relation of three major industries of Yunnan forestry industry and their each sub-industry in every time segment from the year 2003 to 2007. Through above analysis,a conclusion is proved that the total output of Yunnan forestry industry has tight link with primary industry,secondary industry followed,the total output has faint link with tertiary industry.The secondary industry and tertiary industry developed backwardly,as a result,proportion about their outputs accounting for the total output and correlation degree with total output of forestry industry are very weak,industrial structure had not inkling of optimizing and upgrading. In the 10 sub-industries of primary industry,the output of primary industry has the most tightest link with wood logging industry,other sub-industries including forest tree cultivation & planting industry,forest-product acquisition industry,forestry-service industry,industry of tea,mulberry,fruit,Bamboo logging industry,Chinese medicinal materials industry,flower industry,animal husbandry and non-forestry industry in forestry system followed. In secondary industry,its outputs has close connection with three sub-industries,including that industry of wood processing and bamboo,vine,rattan,grass product manufacturing;forestry chemical product manufacturing industry and industry of wood and bamboo pulp & paper-based product,others manufacturing industries;furniture manufacturing industry of wood,bamboo,vine;others industries (the production-supply of the power,coal gas,water and the construction-industry);artware-manufacturing industry of wood , bamboo , vine followed , processing manufacturing industry of non-forest products has most feeblest relevant relations with secondary industry. In the inner of tertiary industry,forestry tourism & leisure service occupied the leading position,serve of forestry-professional technology;service of forestry public management;management service of forest parks;management service of nature conservation;non-forestry industry in forestry system followed.Aimed at above analysis,the paper puts forwards some suggestions about the standard,target and corresponding system to forestry industrial structure of Yunnan province in chapter six. To the adjustment of three industrial structures,in the industrial structure of primary industry,on one hand,the countermeasures should pay attention to the structural adjustment of management model,to realize the target,some measures should including that paying attention to the adjustment about structure of forestry age,species and forest category. To the adjustment of second industrial structure,on one hand should pay more attention to scale structure of forest products-proceeding enterprises,so should strengthen macro-control of the related functional department and underline the market ragulation;on another hand,measures cann't neglect the product-structures'adjustment of forest products-proceeding enterprises,so some methods should strengthen following aspects,including:the products'diversification,production of green food and exploitation of medicinal materials. To the adjustment of tertitary industry,some methods should have emphasis on following three aspects:establishing and perfecting the circulation industry of woods and forest products,establishing and perfecting service industry of forestry industry,greatly developing forestry tourism industry. So the specific adjustable measures including:optimizing related logistics and markets'construction of forest products,overall designing circulation of forest products and system of macro control about market,perfecting service system of forestry socialization,reforming management mechanism of forestry social service,enhancing characteristic tourism of forest,laying stress on the protection and improvement of ecological environment in scenic spots and harmonizing the relationship of exploitation and conservation well,establishing developmental principle of"grand tourism,large market",improving competitive capability of tourism product in scenic spots and the status that tourism culture embodys during the development of scenic spots and so on. Aimed at above adjustable scheme-system of three industrial structures,at the same time,combined with the problems and insufficiency during the development of forestry industry in Yunnan province,this paper provides the corresponding ten countermeasures and suggestions. At the last of this paper,the thesis uses the model of equal-dimension gray filling deeply predict the realized situation of the total output value of forestry industry and the output value of three industries about the development of forestry industry in Yunnan province from the year 2010 to 2014 and makes the corresponding inspection to above prediction.
