Urban infrastructure is the foundation of our national economy system and the guarantee of people’s material production and living. Urban infrastructure projects usually have a lot of participants, and the interface risk factors are complex. In actual operation, the lack of systematic and dynamic interface risk management tend to make the project run inefficient, which not only affects private capital to enter urban infrastructure market, but also affect the realization of social welfare. Therefore, from the perspective of the interface risk management of urban infrastructure project to improve the level of management is very important.Firstly, this paper defines the basic concepts of urban infrastructure project interfaces and urban infrastructure project interface risks, and study the complexity of urban infrastructure project interface risk system on the basis of system theory. The components of interface risk system and mechanism are analyzed. The dynamic interface risk management model is proposed, which is the logic route of this study.Secondly, this paper classifies the urban infrastructure project interface, and analyzes the interface risk of different subjects and different stages. This paper identifies interface risks of urban infrastructure projects from the angles of comprehensive interface risks and the physical interface risks. In the comprehensive interface risks identification, the basic interface risk domain is proposed on the basis of analyzing comprehensive interface risk factors and risk literature, and then the data obtained through a questionnaire survey is improved by R-type hierarchical clustering and variation coefficient method, and finally the final comprehensive interface risk domain of urban infrastructure projects is obtained. In terms of physical interface risk identification, this paper proposes a phased transverse hierarchical mapping model, and build a physical interface WBSIRR risk identification process model. The interface information is got through the coupling of WBS, ABS and OBS matrix, and the physical interface risk domain is drawn by mapping model. The validity of the model is verified by using the two paired sample Wilcoxon test method.Thirdly, this paper constructs a dual interface risk evaluation model of urban infrastructure projects in parallel, and each interface risk get the final risk level result by coupling the two models, so as to take the appropriate interface risk measures. In the physical interface risks, this paper integrates the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the extension engineering method, the ELECTRE model, the AHP and entropy weight method, using the arithmetic mean value method, the Borda combination evaluation model and the Copeland method to carry on the combination evaluation. The KENDALL-W and the Spearman rank correlation coefficient are used to carry out the pre and post test. In the comprehensive interface risk, this paper constructs the grey clustering evaluation model based on projection pursuit, which uses projection pursuit of real coded accelerating genetic improvement and reducing the subjective risks of evaluation.In the area of interface risk control, the main three aspects of the interface risk management are analyzed, through the use of principal-agent theory and rent-seeking theory. Based on the urban infrastructure project interface risk identification and evaluation, the integrated interface risk management system is found from the time dimension, relational dimension and information dimension, and the interface risk management mechanism and interface risk control countermeasures are put forward.Finally, this paper takes Shuanghe Road project as an example to make an empirical study. Shuanghe Road engineering physical interface of preparatory stage and construction stage are identified, and the physical interface risk characteristic domain obtained by mapping, then the Shuanghe Road project interface risk is evaluated using the parallel evaluation model. According to the evaluation results, the key interface risk factors are analyzed, and the countermeasures are given.
