The university-industry cooperation system construction of our country had experienced three stages: universityindustry-research institute jointed, university-industry cooperation and the technology innovation system which is the closely combination of university,industry, research institute and market. Synergy innovation further emphasized the cooperation mechanism which is established between the innovational subjects the corresponding, to enhance the efficiency of cooperative innovation,so as to generate overall synergistic effect.In China, university-industry cooperation organizations had developed for years, and gradually become the important core of the innovation system. From the early college-run enterprises to university spin-offs, university science and technology industry are gradually mature and accepted by the market. From the university and enterprise jointed, cooperation to building the college’s laboratory to the current both university and the local government build industrial technology research institute, the organization mode of the cooperation gradually developed to the diversified cooperation platform. As enterprises or research institutions, universities-industrial cooperation organization has become an important role of guiding the direction of innovation system development. How to promote cooperation organization to produce synergistic effect is the key factor to improve the innovation efficiency. The main purpose of this study is to analyze system on synergistic mechanism of university-industry cooperation organization, then to build the corresponding theoretical framework. Research on university-industry cooperation organization synergistic mechanism can enrich and develop the synergy innovation theory, also promote our country university-industry cooperation organization construction in practice level, drive the constant interaction between university and industry, then provide universityindustry cooperation organization construction with the governance policies andcountermeasures and suggestions in the new periodIn this study, we use the transaction cost theory, technology innovation theory, organization learning theory, institutional change theory and synergetic theory as the foundation, study on the synergistic mechanism of university-industry cooperation organization with logical deduction, case analysis,empirical analysis and other research methods, further study on the systematization process, institutional frame and collaborative network of university-industry cooperation, and explain the synergistic model, synergistic process and the path of the synergistic effect of university-industry cooperation.First, in the study of university-industry cooperation systematization process, we analyzed type, measurement and the change process of transaction costs of the university-industry cooperation based on the perspective of transaction cost transaction cost, summarized sharing structure of different collaborative mode of the university-industry cooperation, then analyzed the trade form, content and market of university-industry cooperation, defined the communication, negotiation, exercise and risk cost in the process of cooperative bargaining. Taking the product specificity, trading complexity and uncertainty as three measurements, we measured the organization models of universityindustrial cooperation, analyzed the transaction cost structure of different organization modes, revealed that the government gets involvement and bears part of the transaction cost is the main content of university-industry cooperation synergy mode.Second, in the study on synergistic process of university-industry cooperation organization, this paper based on the innovative elements flow perspective deepen and expand the synergistic process of technology with other innovation elements such as capital, management and policy in universityindustry cooperation organization, analyzes the complete degree, liquidity, and structured of innovative elements, then takes case study with the analysis framework of "relationship- performance", discusses influence which the synergy degree acted on innovation performance from dynamic dimension. On this basis,we summed up the institutions arrangement of the university- industry cooperation organization, and analyzed the incentive system, property right system, investing and financing system and personnel system in the process theinnovative elements selection and combination.Third, in the analysis on synergistic path of university-industry cooperation organization, this article based on the perspective of the network, analyzed the path of synergistic effect, defined the institutional innovation and organizational learning as the exogenous variables, further subdivided the elements and established the path model of "institution-organization-effect" of university-industry cooperation organization, then verified through empirical research with questionnaire data, confirmatory analyzed synergistic path,confirmed that the existence of the path, and revealed the intermediary effect which organizational learning played the role in the process of institutional innovation affected synergy innovation.Finally, from the governance perspective of university-industry cooperation organization, we put forward the management strategy of university-industry cooperation organization from the view of organization mechanism, institutional framework and network governance, proved that the necessity and feasibility of promoting university-industry cooperation organization synergistic mechanism,proposed that university-industry cooperation organization should implement three countermeasures, as institutional framework, management innovation and mechanism design, so as to solve the problem of university-industry cooperation organization development. In the organization level, it should create innovation environment, strengthen the network communication and cultivate the learning ability; in the operational level, it should improve the structure of innovative elements, also promote liquidity and complementarities of innovative elements. |
