Innovation is one of the five development idea of the current our country,also is the internal driving force of economic development in China,the construction of an innovative country is an important strategic target of our country in the new period,but the innovation is the key to establish a enterprise as the goal,the market as the guidance,the combination of technical innovation system.Industry-university-research cooperation is the basic way to realize national innovation,thus smooth running is the basis and prerequisite condition the national innovation system.Production-university-research cooperation is industry,universities and research institutions based on their respective advantages on the basis of resource sharing,interact with each other,the skin in the game,share innovation,the overall interests partly more than the sum of the process of cooperation.Although industry-university-research combination form in our country are many,but most of them stay in the way of transferring of scientific and technological achievements and project commissioned development way,the single direction,shallow level of cooperation method could not hide the fact that the success rate is low and the integration of form of cooperation is greater than the content,could not fundamentally improve the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.Its fundamental reason is that most of our production is short-terming and temporary,based on a lot of temporary project cooperation,and the project completion means that the termination of cooperation,combination is single,lacking of depth,breadth and validity.In addition,universities and research institutions is technology suppliers,enterprise demand for technology,technology suppliers and demanders,however,due to the different value orientation to each other.Therefore,colleges and universities and research institutes of scientific research achievements can not get into idle and wasted,the enterprise can't get from universities and research institutions for technical achievement,lack of competitiveness,it is difficult to establish oneself in the fierce market competition,investigate its root cause is the combination of the industry-university-institute cooperation way limited to universities and research institutes a one-way transfer of scientific and technological achievements and enterprises entrust projects single direction of colleges and universities and research institutions.In addition,universities and research institutions are technology suppliers,enterprises are technology demander,technology suppliers and demanders,however,due to the different value orientation technology suppliers and technology demanders could not connect each other.Therefore,scientific research achievements of colleges and universities and research institutes can not get into idle and wasted,the enterprise can'tget technical achievement from universities and research institutions for,lacking of competitiveness,then it is difficult to establish oneself in the fierce market competition,its root cause is the combination of the industry-university-institute cooperation way limited to one way that universities and research institutes transferring scientific and technological achievements or enterprises entrusting projects colleges research institutions.According to the present situation of industry-university-research cooperation,this article from the perspective of organization of the management and the relationship between organization and boundary,providing a new train of thought for the research of industry-university-research cooperation.Through summarizing the influencing factors of the industry-university-research cooperation boundary evolution,knowing that two key influencing factors are resource sharing level and interaction.And on the basis of the evolution of the thought,constructing industry-university-research cooperation organization evolution model of innovation community.Building combination mechanism,risk sharing mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism through the analysis of the movement ability boundary,and finally combined with the actual case named Changchun university of technology and Jilin chemical fiber group of carbon fiber alliance,combining theory with practice,providing some new direction and basis for the future industry-university-research research.
