The Internet has become both an important infrastructure as well as a new form of media with significant impact over China’s economic and social operation, while influencing the world‘s economic, political, cultural and social development. The Chinese government recognizes its importance and places great emphasis on the development and use of the Internet. While constantly practicing and learning from the development of American internet, it‘s the trend of times that Chinese e-business companies should strengthen Chinese & American comparative study of business model innovation. In this paper, on the basis of the previous research, we will summarize and analyze the development path and law of Chinese & American e-business model, macro and micro factors that affect Chinese & American e-business model innovation, and the comparative study of twenty typical cases in Chinese & American e-business model innovation, and thus build the evaluation index system and model of Social Networking Service(SNS) e-business model innovation. To a certain extent, we opened a new train of thought and method for the theoretical analysis and comparative study of Sino-US Internet development.In this thesis, the four breakthroughs and innovations are as follows:Ⅰ. Conduct comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis to the macro and micro factors that affect Chinese & American e-business model innovation,summarize the principle diagram of e-business model innovation.Firstly, it will be conduct a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis to the development path of Chinese & American e-business model, and the macro and micro factors that affect Chinese & American e-business model innovation. Through constructing and analyzing the principle diagram of e-business model innovation, a summarization of the macro and micro dominant factors that brought the gap and differences between Chinese & American e-business model innovation has been done.Ⅱ. Conducting positivistic comparative research on typical Chinese and American e-business enterprises according to results gathered from sample survey questionnaires.The abstract provides an analysis and comparative study according to ten paired cases on the difference of e-Business Company and their model innovation between those in China and in US. Through results from the survey questionnaire, a positive comparative study was done.Ⅲ. Structuring the evaluation index and model of SNS e-business model innovationThrough dividing and analyzing the factors that affect SNS e-business model innovation with the Delphi Method(questionnaire survey of experts) and AHP, it builds ?SNS e-business model‘ innovation evaluation index and model. Also, analysis all indices in view to build the model of the core and key factors affect SNS e-business model innovation.Ⅳ. Proposed a quadrant analysis menthod specifically for e-Business value assessment, and accomplished a preliminary exploratory analysis.In this paper, it will be preliminarily explored Internet enterprise value assessment using quadrants analysis chart, in which we can divide and analyze the value assessment of the ten typical Chinese and US internet enterprises.
