Research On Development Evolution Mechanism And Models Of Inland Port Based On Integration Field Theory

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the construction of inland port also has entered the fast track of development, China has built and the construction of the inland port has reached nearly a hundred. These inland ports have played a significant role in development on the inland economic, At the same time they have also been developed.But with the rapid development of the inland port construction, and operation of inland port encounter a lot of problems, many operators of inland port lack the necessary understanding about the future how to develop inland port. Based on the research of the history of the development of inland port abroad, we investigated the development status of inland port in china, and analyzed the evolution process of inland port in china, and explored the evolutionary path of development of inland port as well as land Port development mode from the perspective of integrated field theory. Therefore, this article attempts to explore the evolution law of development of land ports on the basis of theory, so as to provide an important theoretical and practical support on expansion the business and management value space for the inland port operating unit.this paper has carried on the following discussion:Firstly, this paper review the documents at home and abroad on the development of inland ports, Define the inland port from the concept and characteristic, summarize the basic characteristics of the inland port and new features and proposed a inland port concept more in line with reality of china. We point out that the core role of inland port is to promote the agglomeration of Logistics Enterprises, but also it needs to create the industrial agglomeration of manufacturing, trade and financial industry through the integration of the integration force, So as to play a greater role in regional economic development.Secondly, by using the self-organization and integrated logistics field theory to analyze the evolution mechanism of inland port, advise that the industry(manufacturing and commercial industry) development is a prerequisite for the development of inland port, functionality must adapt to industrial development, and only in industrial development based on the formation of industrial cluster, by that can form positive interaction of industrial and logistics industry.Thirdly, by the analysis of the evolution mechanism of the inland port, we believe that from the current situation of the development of inland port, which will experience a evolution law from the container collection center – cargo collection center-Regional logistics Center with port function- International commerce logistics park- a new District in city. At the same time this paper put forward the evolutionary path on spatial development of inland ports by analyzing the land port layout from ―point-network-face-chain‖.Finally, According to the evolution rules of inland port development, the thesis proposed the business development mode of inland port: development mode for the logistics platform; development mode linked with logistics and commerce; linkage development mode among the inland port –industry-city,and take the Dezhou land port as an example to demonstrate the evolutionary path of inland port.
