Mechanism Of Interests Coordination In Table Grape Supply Chain

China has become the biggest grape producer in the world. Due to its high economic-benefit, grape industry makes important contributions to employment creation, rural income generation and rural economic development as a labor-intensive industry. Meanwhile, the consumption of table grapes is more than other types of grape products due to the traditional consumption habits. As a result, most grapes were used for fresh eating, which is named table grape. Given these advantages and characteristics, it is important for the improvement of people’s living standard in rural area and narrowing the urban-rural income gap to ensure sustainability of table grape supply chain. However there are many problems with the rapid development of table grape industry. The imbalance of interests in table grape supply chain is harmful to the enthusiasm of grape producers for production and the interests of all stakeholders. Therefore, How to solve this problem and establish a long and effective mechanism of interestins coordination in table grape supply chain has become an urgent issue during the development of China rural economy.In this research, it mainly focused on the relationship between each participator in table grape supply chain, as well as their behavior. What the study is striving is to establish a reasonable, long and effective mechanism of interestins coordination. The aim of this research is to improve the interests earned by all stakeholders in table grape supply chain and to guarantee a sustainable development of table grape industry. In this study, non-cooperative game theoty, evolutionary game theory, cooperative game theoty and stakeholder theory, as well as survey data were used. This paper consists of three parts: firstly, it descriabled the current situation of table grape supply chain in China with a macro perspective and pointed out the main problems as well as their reasons of table grape supply chain in China; seconedly, it analynized the relationship between each stakeholders and their financial performance to pointed out how the interests imbalance happened in table grape supply chain with a micro perpective; thirdly, Stackelberg model and evolutionary game theory are used to analyze the interests of whole chain and each stakeholder in different interests mechanism and the mechanism of establishment of cooperative alliance among stakeholders. Meanwhile, the Shapley value is also used to establish a reasonable mechanism of profit allocation. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) the production and consumption of table grapes is more than other types of grape products due to the traditional consumption habits and given the fact that more than half of table grapes are sold through traditional channels:from grape producers, wholesalers and then retailers to consumers, which means it is the most important and primary marketing channel of table grapes; (2) the main stakeholders in traditional channels of table grape supply chain are grape producers, wholesalers and retailers. From this perspective, this resarch takes three chains as examples to gain a better understanding of the profit allocation in table grape supply chain and answer the question whether the profit allocation is skewed or not with taking time cost and trading volume into consideration; (3) the research analyze the interests of whole chain and each stakeholder in different interests mechanism by using Stackelberg model, whose results show that it is difficult for grape producers in forming a alliance without the help of government, which is close related to the lead and support of the competent government department; (4) the research analyze the mechanism of establishment of cooperative alliance among stakeholders by using evolutionary game theory, whose results show that leading stakeholders to form or participate cooperative alliance by cutting their participating cost and risks, as well as better compensation and tougher penalty, could effectively accelerate the establiment of cooperative alliance; (5) the research establish a reasonable profit allocation model by using Shapley value and field survey data, whose results show that a reasonable profit allocation can improve the interests of all stakeholders, which is helpful for the achievement of interests coordination in table grape supply chain.
