Study On The Interests Coordination Mechanism In The Agriculture Supply Chain

With the constant development of economy, the agricultural product marketshowing some new features such as the supply exceeds demand, customer demandsupgrade and so on. The value’s creation and realization of the agricultural productgradually transform from the enterprise to the agricultural supply chain, thecompetition between the enterprises also extended to the corresponding agriculturalsupply chain. Interest is the fundamental for the cooperation in supply chain,especially in the background of developing modern agriculture. The interestscoordination problem between peasant s and enterprises in supply chain is the key forthe agriculture industrialized operation. So, in this paper, it will study on the interestcoordination in the agricultural products supply chain.In this paper, it states the related concept and the current situation of theagricultural supply chain and the supply chain coordination mechanism first. Then, itanalysis the existing problems in the distribution of interests and risk prevention inagricultural supply chain, and construct the profit model of agricultural supply chainbased on the profit function reference, After that, it discuss the profit sharingmechanism design according to the model of agricultural supply chain. Then, it usingAHP method to calculate the risks of the weight for farmers in agricultural supplychain and design the farmer’s risk index system. Finally, this paper expoundsprinciples and objectives for the interest’s coordination mechanism in agriculturalsupply chain, clear the subject, object and coordination means in the interests ofcoordinating mechanism, trying to design one theory model for interest coordinationmechanism of agricultural supply chain. In this model, the subjects in the supplychain use the coordination organization as the platform to negotiate interestdistribution and risk sharing, and form the contract to complete the interestcoordination eventually.In order to ensure the stable operation of the coordination mechanism inagricultural supply chain and the chain itself, this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions in the final: Improve the relevant laws and regulations foragricultural supply chain, strengthen the training for the members in supply chain,develop agriculture cooperation organization, cultivate the core enterprise andestablish early warning system for agricultural supply chain risk. These suggestionsprovide reference for policy formulation.
