The Clinical Research Of Jin Three-needle Therapy For The Simple Obesity Patients

ObjectiveUnder the guidance of Jin three-needle theory, this study adapted randomly researching menthod, and emploied electroacupuncture combined with Catgut embedding treatment, to observe the clinical effect on simple obesity.Methodsduiring the period of2011/3to2012/3. we selected90simple obesity patients who accepted treatment in Tai Wan Guangan Chinese hospital, randomly divided the cases into three groups, each group30cases. The intergration therapeutics group adapted the menthod of electroacupuncture combined with Catgut embedding; the catgut embedding group treated with merely catgut inplantation; and the electroacupuncture group used electroacupuncture method alone.10days for a course of treatment, and4threapeutic courses, then for every paatient, the BMI, waistline, hipline, waist-hip ration, perchentage of adipose tissue volume, and biochemical markers were recored, SPSS sotrware was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThis study designed a randomized, controlled trial. There were90eligible subjects. And each group30cases. three groups of patients in sex, age and so on basic situation aspect comparison, difference non-statistics significance, P>0.05.1according to the BMI, the three groups before treatmen was no significant difference (P>0.05). After the treatment, the BMI of the three groups were decreased. And the difference was significant (P<0.01). the multiple comparisons showed that, there was significant difference between A and B group, A and C groups (P<0.01). But B and C groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). therefore the intergration therapeutics group was more effective than the other two groups in decreasing the BMI. While the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture group is similar to catgut embedding group.2according to the waistline, hipline, waist-hip ration, after treament, there was remarkable difference of waistline(P<0.05), and the multiple comparisons showed that there was significant difference between A and B group, A and C groups (P<0.01). But B and C groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). while there was on significant difference in the hipline and waist-hip ration comparisons in the three groups (P>0.05). but there was significant difference between A and B group, A and C groups (P<0.05) in the multiple comparisons of waist-hip ration. The result pointed out that electroacupuncture combined with Catgut embedding theropy had better curative effect than other two groups.3according to the perchentage of adipose tissue volume, the three groups before treatmen was no significant difference (P>0.05). After the treatment, the perchentage of adipose tissue volume of the three groups were decreased. And the difference was significant (P<0.01). the multiple comparisons showed that, there was significant difference between A and B group, A and C groups (P<0.01). But B and C groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).4After the treatment, the biochemical markers (TC TG LDL-C) of the three groups were decreased. But the difference was no significant(P>0.05). while in the multiple comparisons, the intergration therapeutics group was superior to Catgut embedding group in improve the HDL-C(P<0.05). While with the compraisons of A and C group in the same aspect, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).5the clinical efficacy of the effect, in treatment group, the clinical control was5cases, markedly effective15cases, effective7cases, inefficacy2cases, the effective rate was90.0%, while in Catgut embedding group, clinical control was2, markedly effective11cases, effective10cases, ineff icacy7cases, the effective rate was76.6%, the electroacupuncture group, clinical control was1, markedly effective13cases, effective11cases, inefficacy5cases, the effective rate was83.4%, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than others (P<0.05)ConclusionIn the study the rusult showed that, under the guidance of Jin three-needle, the comprehensive treatment of electroacupuncture combined with Catgut embedding treatment methods had remarkable curative effect, on the one hand, it possesed frist time doubble dose effect, on the other hand, it extended the stimulation time, the synergistic effect had been reflected.
