Clinical Comparative Observation On Cases Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding And Electro-acupuncture Therapy On Simple Obesity

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of simple obesity with acupoint catgut embedding and electro-acupuncture,Comparing the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding and electric-acupuncture treatment of simple obesity,For clinical treatment of the disease to provide an effective, simple and safe treatment method.Method:60patients were randomly divided into two groups, including acupoint catgut embedding30cases, electric acupuncture group30cases.For patients before and after one course of treatment, after the second course (20days for a period of treatment, a total of2sessions) body weight, body mass index, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, arm circumference, leg circumference, body fat rate, water content in the body indexes such as observation, comparison points embedded wire and electric acupuncture for treatment of simple obesity clinical curative effect.Result:1. After the first course of treatment, two groups of body weight, body mass index (BMI, waist circumference,hip circumference, the circumference, body fat rate, body moisture rate and also had an improved before treatment (P<0.01), the arm circumference, waist-to-hip ratio no statistical difference (P>0.05), the curative group of body weight, body mass index is better than that of acupuncture point bury quad, have significant statistical difference (P<0.01), the rest of the indicators no statistical difference (P>0.05). 2. After the second course of treatment, two groups of body weight, body mass index (BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, arm circumference, the circumference, body fat rate, body moisture rate, and also had an improved after the first course (P<0.01) and waist-to-hip ratio no statistical difference (P>0.05), body mass index is superior to the acupuncture point bury quad electric acupuncture group, have significant statistical difference (P<0.01), the rest of the indicators no statistical difference (P>0.05).3.The two groups in the treatment of simple obesity has good curative effect, after statistics analysis, P<0.05, the curative group is superior to t acupoint catgut embedding group.Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding with electric acupuncture treatment of simple obesity has a different degree of clinical curative effect, can significantly reduce the patient’s body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, arm circumference, circumference, body fat rate, higher body moisture rate, and the total curative effect of electric acupuncture group in the treatment of simple obesity rate is better than that of acupuncture point bury quad, but acupuncture point bury line operation is simple, safe and convenient, save time, patients can choose according to own situation for their own treatment.
