Chronic Bronchitis Treatment, The Mentor Experience Cum Shengmai Injection Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis, Clinical Observations,

This article first overviews the progress of prevention and cure for chronic bronchitis of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine in recent years in order to provide the way and method for deep study. Then introduces the experience about the treatment of chronic bronchitis of professor hu's.The third part is clinical observation on the treatment of chronic bronchitis in acute stage(deficiency of lung- qi and yin) . 60 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups: 30 cases(control group) were treated with western medicine simply , other 30 cases (treatment group)were added with pulse activating injection(sheng mai zhu she ye) besides the same western medicine . Lung function blood gas analyses, property of hemorhology and relevant index signs of immunity of both groups were measured before and after the treatment in order to evaluate the therapeuti ceffectiveness. Results: clinical controlled and remarkably effective rate in treatment group was much higher than that of control group (P<0. 05). In the treatment group, symptom and signs about shortness of breath, tired, dry mouth, sweats were obviously improved and illness improved time was shorter than that of controls (P<0. 05) . FVC and FEV1 in treatment group increased greatly after treatment (P<0.01), compared with those in controls significantly( P<0.01 and P<0. 05) . Pa02 in two groups is more higher stastically compared with that of pre-therapy(P<0. 01), but the ability for rectifying short of oxygen of treatment set is stronger than matched controls(P<0.01).PaCO2 in 2 groups has a trend of descendent, but both has no statistics meaning(P all>0. 05) . The whole blood viscosity (n.b), high reduced bloodviscosity (nr), low reduced blood viscosity (nr) and blood cell aggregation coefficient (VAT) in 2 groups were improved greatly after treatment, compared with controls, the treatment group has greatly changes in middle nb, lowl nb , low reduced blood viscosit and VAT (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), but no statistics meaning in high nb and high reduced blood viscosity (P>0. 01) . IgG, IgM and IgA in treatment group has a ascensive trend, but has no statistics meaning(P all>0. 05). Conclusion: Adding pulse activating injection to treat chronic bronchitis (deficiency of lung- qi and yin) can remarkably enhance communication function and has good effect on chronic bronchitis, symptom and signs of Traditional Chinese Medicine were remarkably improved. Pulse activating injection has more advantages in exalting lung function, rectifying short of oxygen and improving property of hemorheology. It also can strengthen the immunity.
