Liver And Spleen And Stomach Side Clinical Studies Of Patients With Functional Dyspepsia

This study includes three parts: overview of documents,theoreticalstudy and clinical study.In the overview of documents,the author sums up and analyses thetherapeutic methods of functional dyspepsia(FD) in recent years,andsearch for the relationship of depression with FD.In the part of theoretical study,diseases are sumed up and analysedso as to look for the use of XiaoYao powder.In the part of clinical study,the study was carried out in 60patients suffering from FD,the patients were randomly divided intotreatment group(30 cases)with Shugan Jianpi Hewei Decoction and controlgroup(30 cases) with domperidone.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,the results showed:the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatmentgroup,and 70% in the control group.There was statistical differencebetween these two groups(P<0.05).The finding of the present studyindicated that Shugan Jianpi Hewei Decoction is obviously superior tothat of improving the parts of FD symptoms.
