Compared to electroacupuncture HoKu acupoint-InJected Medication Compounded Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae InJection Liquid group acupoint-InJected water for In-Jection group,observe the change of morphologic it myocardial and ultrastrcture by light microscope and electron miscroscope,the change of the range of ST of ECG, TNF-αof myocardial tissue tumor and the lever of ICAM-1 IL-6 in blood serum.Result:①Neiguan acupoint in Jected Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae can promote ameliorating-the morphologic in myocardial ischemia perfusion lesion and the repair of ultrastruture. Electroacupuncture Nei guan acupoint and Neiguan acupoint. In Jected water for InJection made an improvement on myocardical lesion,but electroacupuncture made no cmpact on myocardial ischemia perfusion lesion.②Under myocardical ischemia perfusion,the range of ST of ECG Increased, electroacupuncture Neiguan Point,Neiguan Point inJected Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and InJected water for inJectoin can restrain the range of ST increasing,stimulate the repair of ST but Neiguan acupoint inJected Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae had a greater impact than solo eletroacupuncture Neiguan and it seemed that the effect of electroacupuncture Neiguan was stronger than Neiguan acupoint inJected water for inJectoin,but after compared to statics,there was no significant differences (P>0.05)③Under myocardial ischemia perfusion lesion,the level of TNF-αincreased,electroacupuncture Neigun,Neiguan acupoint injected Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae and water for Injection all decreased,but Nei guan acupoint Injected Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae was superior to solo electro acupuncture (P<0.05),solo electro acupuncture was also superior to Neiguan acupoint injected water for in jection (P<0.05)④Under myocardial ischemia perfusion lesion.The level of ICAM-1 increased,electro acupuncture Neiguan acupoint.Neiguan acupoint injected Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and water for injection all decreased,Among them,solo electro acupuncture Neiguan and Neiguan acupoint injected Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae were both superior to Neiguan acupoint injected water for injection group (P<0.05)⑤Under myocardial ischemia perfusion lesion,IL-6 increased electro acupuncture Neiguan,Neiguan acupoint injected Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and water for injection can restrain it increasing. Among them,Neiguan acupoint injected Radix Salviae Miltiorrizae was superior to injected water for injection and solo electroacupuncture (P<0.05),but solo electro acupuncture Neiguan and Neiguan acupoint injected water for injection group made no differences (P>0.05)conclusion:①Neiguan acupoint injected Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae control inflammatory reaction by decreasing the level ofⅡ-6, TNF-α, ICAM-Ⅰ, realize protecting the myocardial, characterized by accelarating heart-electric activity, morphologic in myocardial and the repair of ultrastructure.②Neiguan acupoint injected Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae was good for the repair of myocardical ischemia prefusion lesion. It may due to acupoint and drug's double effect. The reason why the impact of electroacupuncture was stronger than Neiguan acupoint injected water for injection may due to the time of acupuncture effect and electric current stimulating.③Neiguan acupoint injected Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae made a significant impact on protecting myocardial cell, maybe it was one of the evidence of Jue ying meridians of had and heart related specificity.
