Lou Shi-yi (1905.1.3-2001.4.20) is a famous writer who attended lots history of events, such as May Fourth Movement, Eight-year war and the War of Liberation, over a hundred theses published in the area of literature during his75years of writing. What he edited and published such as Wen Yi Xin Wen and Wen Yi Zhen Di had produced major effect in introduction and ideological publicization work and also in encouragement of Chinese residents; what he created, what he translated and published, for example, On Dostoevsky and The birth of a person were have profound effect in China.Lou Shi-yi could weigh the pathbreaker in literary and artistic research. In addition, he made the well-known pioneering contribution to the cultural communication, editing of periodicals and the translation and introduction of the foreign literatures.His performance is in translation and writing, which is of pioneering significance to. Chinese Left-Wing literature. The years saw as many as20kinds periodicals that expanded the scope of revolutionary literature and art.
