The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks, which full name is The Praise Biography of the Mongolian and Hui Kings and Ducks of the Imperial Outlying Prefectures, usually referred to The Praise Biography of Mongolian Kings and Ducks, or The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks. The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks mainly talks about the origins, promotion and turn up, rewordings, merits and demerits and inherited times of the outlying Mongolian, Hui and Tibetan nations of the Qing dynasty. This book uses the reported memorials to the Qing government of the outlying official of Mongolian, Hui and Tibetan tribes copied "Banner Album", cabinet library Tibet "Red Book" and "Record" as well as the outlying Mongolian, Hui and Tibetan "Genealogy" stored in the Council for Tribal Affairs. It is written by Qi Yunshi and others in the Qing dynasty and it is a very important document of the late18th century about Mongolian history compiled by the Qing government. It is also one of the basic indispensable historical data for the Mongolian and Qing history. But this important document has not been well studied in domestic and international academia, and it is only the start for domestic studies. This paper first makes notes and collate and research the three language originals of the finished book in Qianlong60years (1795)(block-pained edition in Wuying Palace in Manchu, Mongolian and Han languages)"Zhasaketuhanbu"(from the61th to the68th Chapter) in the "The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks" and search the Manchu, Mongolian originals translation features, key points, as well as analysis the grammatical features of The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks in Mongolian, which is a new and original academic work.This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction part introduces the significance of choosing the topic, the research overview, paper contents, new ideas as well as basic historical data and research methods. The next part uses file documents and genealogy to note the people (including title and noble title) place and important historical events and time appeared in "Zhasaketuhanbu'''(from the61th to the68th Chapter). The third part is a compared collated research from linguistic point for the "Zhasaketuhanbu"(from the61th to the68th Chapter) in The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks in Manchu, Mongolian and Han languages, and this paper analysis the relationship between Manchu and Mongolian translations and Han originals of The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks. This relationship consists two points: Manchu and Mongolian translations is written according to the oral originals, and The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks has strong official language features of Qing dynasty. By analysis the two relationships, this paper points out the language that "Zhasaketuhanbu"(from the61th to the68th Chapter) in The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks is firstly written. The fourth part analysis the grammatical features of The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks in Mongolian, understand the correspond relationship between Mongolian written and verbal language. The fifth part is to verbal translated "Zhasaketuhanbu"(from the61th to the68th Chapter) in the "The Praise Biography of the Kings and Ducks" into Latin.
