On The Electoral System Of Beijing Government Of The Republic Of China

Beijing Government of the Republic of China was a relative independently developing period after the Republic of China was founded Imitating the western bourgeois republic,it established separation of the three powers from the outside .In order to organize popular will organ and generate civil servant,under the name of democracy and republicanism,Beijing Government and local administration published many law documents,and as a resuit,the electoral system was formed elementarily from the central to the local .However,people have not made overall and deep research on this topic for a long time . This dissertation regards the electoral system of the time as its object of study ^including the developing of central,local and autonomous organ,the basic content and how to implement them in order to broaden the study field of the political system and use something as a reference for contemporary China.The dissertation includes six parts:Part 1: introduction and implement of the western election during the late of Qing Dynasty.As one of the western democratic system, electoral system was introduced to China by all kinds of ways ,so that Chinese people knew something about this . This dissertation inspects the congressmen electoral system's emerging ,basic content and operation of the first Congress and the second Congress. It also appraises the content of those systems.Part 3: two of electoral system of central legislature congressmen of Beijing Government of Repubic of China: the electoral system of Provisional Constitntion Meeting,Legislative Institution,National Meeting and Representative Assembly. This dissertation inspects electoral system's emerging ,basic content and operation of them It also appraises the content of those systems.Part 4 presidential electoral system of Beijing Government of the Republic of China .This dissertation inspects the establishing ..remedying and operating of presidential electoral system on the basis of brief introduction the presidential electoral regulations of Nanjing Provisional Government In 'fact, specific operation deviated from the rules badly when the presidential electoral system was put to use.Part 5: provincial organ electorial system of Beijing Government Of the Repubic of china.
