《Chinese-Russian Learner's Dictionary》: Theoretical Construction And Compiling Practice

Through the introduction to the theories about lexicography and learning lexicography and the analysis about the problems in teaching Chinese as a second language (TCSL), the theoretical framework of Chinese-Russian Learning Dictionary characteristic with Characters as the basic structural unit was constructed in this paper. The problems emerged in the compiling practice were induced and summarized with the linguistics as the basic theory. Our research initiated the primary step in compiling active encoding dictionaries based on the combination of lexicography and TCSL theory.This paper consists of 6 chapters.The chapter one is introduction. In this chapter, the original motivation of compiling Chinese-Russian Leaning Dictionary was mentioned and the academic/practical significance of this paper were elucidated simultaneously.The chapters 2 and 3 introduced the general theories about lexicography and learning lexicography.The last three chapters are the central sections of this paper. The chapter 4 emphasized the microstructure with the Character as the basic structural unit. The chapter 5 discussed the interpretation methods. The chapter 6 elaborated on the function of Chinese-Russian Leaning Dictionary and the problems that we need to study further in TCSL.
