Traditional Culture Of China's Northern Grasslands Under The Crisis Management Perspective

Chapter II, Nomadic Civilization -Historical Successful Choice Under Historic Crisis, it takes use of the archeological achievements in Inner Mongolia Plateau to completely explain the grassland traditional culture's origin, evolution and development , deviating from the traditional cognition, to try developing the culture's essential connotation , to expound its value, especially the modern one. All of them have strengthened the basement of the essay. ChapterIII, Grassland Traditional Nomadic Culture in Crisis State, in this part, it analyses the crisis situation which grassland traditional culture has suffered and the causes, pointing out the serious state that culture's vivo sphere "being nibbled by the external culture which is represented with America's. The worse thing is that the people's cognition system and value-judgment standard is being changed quietly even disintegrated bythe strong economy advantages, destroying the culture's survival bottom line. ChapterlV, Crisis Countermeasure-Saving &Protection, using the modern crisis management theories to construct the theoretical model on perfect, efficient management and countermeasure's system, and discusses the fundamental structures and the indispensable factors.In course of conception and writing, through the related materials' logical organization, the article tries to build such kind of compound theme with plentiful gradations. With the similar tendency swept across by the economical globalization, it is collapsing or has collapsed the traditional culture's living base, leading to distort, disorder and malposition the value judgment standard , making the national traditional culture into full crisis. While the experiences from developing or developed countries have made clear to us, any form of development can't apart from the traditional culture's efficient support, if we abandon the culture and only seek for developing , the result would become no development raise that will cause worse and entire crisis. From this sense, we can say that saving and protecting national traditional culture is protecting the most fundamental support for national development; protecting the most precious resources for national harmonious and sustainable development. Because of different reasons, the edging prairie traditional culture in North China pitfalls into complete crisis. During the course of forming, the culture originating from deep crisis consciouscontinually absorbs, merges and develops to bring up the natural characteristics, the expression forms which expresses the ideas and the value system, dominate the prairie nations how to adjust themselves with the nature, stress the harmonious and sustainable development value. So we can say that the culture's basic positions has the unreplaced value for the passed or present human beings' development. Just due to the value judgment, in order to avoid its loss and destruction ,we must face the crisis bravely to take efficient methods.So how to construct the perfect and efficient crisis management & countermeasure system fitting in with the traditional grassland culture's characteristics becomes a task of top priority.
