The Chinese Tiyu has been developing rapidly in the new historical era. Because of the affections from home and abroad, however, a series of immoral phenomena have grown and spread in Chinese Tiyu as well. Under the current situation, it has become a great mission in the theoretical circles to build the contemporary Tiyu ethics in China, which is on the base of the present reality of the Chinese Tiyu, to stand by the principles of criticizing and inheriting, exceeding and creating, and to meet the object demand of the Tiyu development.Tiyu is a compound of Adapted Physical Activity(APA) and physical Education(PE) and Sport. It is a physical activity that is specially designed for human itself to find, keep and display the body potentials of an individual or a group. Tiyu ethics refers to all kinds of ethical relationship which center on Tiyu and the ethical awareness and behavior which to abjust the ethical relationship. The Tiyu ethics has a complicated structure. From the perspective of components, the Tiyu ethics is an organic combination of Tiyu ethical awareness, relationship and behavior. From the perspective of Tiyu ethics as a subject, it can be divided into macro, medium and micro Tiyu ethics. The functions of Tiyu ethics mainly demonstrate on the aspects of cognition and evaluation, education and encouragement, adjustment and integration, surpassing and creating. ,At present the Chinese Tiyu ethics face a severe challenge. The wave of globalization has brought us not only the economic benefits and political benefits but also the contradiction and conflicts of the views of value which are implied in globalization. The mercerization and professional inaction of sports have also led to some corrupt refereeing and unfair competitive behaviors such as so called "black whistle" and "black ball". The modern science and technology have also, caused the abuse of stimulants, which violate the spirit of Sportsethics. There is still a big disadvantage group of Tiyu in the society. All the problems mentioned above have made it a vital task without any delay to build the contemporary Tiyu ethics in China.The essential presupposition of the construction of Chinese Tiyu ethics is the establishment of the views of study. In contemporary times, the views of ethics construction mainly cover three aspects: the view of history, the view of reality, and the view of international. The view of history means that in the process of the construction of Chinese modern ethics, we should critically inherit the theory of Chinese traditional physical education ethics. The view of reality means that the construction of the contemporary Tiyu ethics should be based on the reality of contemporary Chinese Tiyu. And it should reflect the subjective requirements of the development of Tiyu towards the ethics of sport, PE and APA. And the view of international means that the construction of Chinese contemporary ethics should assimilate and found the ethics and the ethical spirit of Olympics, which should be made to be one of the organic compositions of the Chinese contemporary ethics.The contemporary Chinese Tiyu ethics are built on the principles of justice, humanity, human-perspective, environmental protection and sacrifice. Referring to the justice, it emphasizes the equality, balance and rational states between the Tiyu participators, it requires "treating equally without discrimination" and "acting cordially ". The humanity principle requires "treating people as people" in the course of development of the Tiyu, and then "making people become people", this is an essential factor of sports ethics. As for the human-perspective principle, it requires not only the value of "life", but also cherishes the value of "life quality". The environmental protection principle requires that in the course of development of the Tiyu industry we should deal with the relationship between the human beings and nature correctly, take the road of "green sports". The sacrifice principle requires the sports subject to undertake the responsibility and obligation to thesociety conscientiously, and to be brave to sacrifice our own interests or life if our interests or life conflict with the truth, ideal, justice, national interests, our country and the interests of people.The inner relationship between moral and law asks for the contemporary Chinese Tiyu ethics going to the way, which virtue and law are built in coordination. Therefore, we must accelerate the conversion of government functions, mould government credit again, reinforce the legislation and law enforcement of Tiyu market, rebuild the legal credit, strengthen the individual morals mission of law-abidingness, reconstructs individual credits, develop the useful ethics standards and discard the useless ones, so as to reconstruct a complete credit system.
