During the economy construction and the revolution activity in China, following the socialism ethics values is a process unifying a theory and the practice about the goal of socialism's ethics value and the economy activity. this process is not the simple trification about Marxism and socialism ethics view, but the socialism ethics view on China revolutionary and the economy construction activity which forms the historical evolution of socialism economy ethics of China.This article intends to study the economy construction and moral condition in China from the history and logical view, promulgating the historical evolution and the regularity of China socialism economy ethics. According to the historical evolution, the China socialism economy ethics changes into the proletariat's revolution utilitarianism, the socialist collectivism, the socialism new utility theory, and the socialism new justice theory, thus forming a close relationship among them. Looking from the Marxism methodology's view, the economic ethics depends on certain historic condition. The proletariat's revolution utilitarianism to the socialism fundamentally is based on the objective historical change mainly on the social economy condition change. The proletariat's revolution utilitarianism is precisely stemming from need of the revolutionary war, expressing the proletariat's benefit explicitly. It represented the most peoples' benefit, thus arousing people's revolutionary initiative.After the founding of the nation, the socialist system of goods ownership has been established. Learning from the Soviet, people bursts out the unprecedented enthusiasm on work the sacrificing spirit, the iron man spirit, the Lei Feng spirit, and the two bombs and one satellite spirit, and so on, which manifested the socialist collectivism centralisms. In China the construction of the social-ism economy ethics is not a simple imitation of the Western economic ethics, but the theory synthesis of the Marxism economic ethics and the Chinese tradition economic ethics and the Western economic ethics.The contemporary construction of the Chinese socialism economy ethics, according to the Chinese characteristic social market economy, based on the history evolution of the Chinese socialism economy ethics, made up the foundation of the elementary way and basic connotation of the Contemporary China socialism economy ethics. In short, the construction of the Contemporary China socialism economy ethics must achieve four unions and a core.
